This college is good and provides helpful teachers and average placements.

Placements: Around 20% of students were placed in the core sector. Rest 20-30% of students were placed in the IT sector. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Atlas Copco, Mahindra group, etc. Students had to find internships on their own.

I am dissatisfied because of bad placements for civil, mechanical, and E&TC.

Placements: The placement cell is developing every day. Only a few companies come to college for requirements, and most of them are local companies that hire students with very average salary packages. The placement cell doesn't have good contact with companies.

Colleges of Sinhgad are best to hang out and not for learning. Placements are not good.

Placements: Out of 300 students in the previous year, only 30 to 40 students got placed from college. Top recruiting companies that visited our campus were Mahindra, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Atlas Copco, and John Deere. Only 6 students got internships through the college. I got internship by applying on my own in IIT Bombay. Top roles offered were design engineer, quality engineer, and purchase engineer.

Good college!

Placements: Placements in our college are fantastic. College does not offer any internships. Many MNCs visit our campus for placements like Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Byju's, and Wipro. Top roles offered in our course were a software engineer and software analyst. The average salary package offered is 3.2 LPA.

Review of Sinhgad Academy of Engineering.

Placements: I am from mechanical batch 2020 pass out. Currently, 25 to 30% of the students have been placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is approximately 1.5 LPA. Accenture and cognizant are the top recruiting companies. Software engineer and design engineer are the top roles offered to students.

The college is not good enough in all aspects.

Placements: Placements for the mechanical students were too low, but the companies like Accenture and TCS recruit students, but most of the students have to give interview off-campus or to do extra classes like CAD software.

Don't opt this college for pursuing engineering.

Placements: About 5% of the students got placed. The college is not that good for placements. There was no placement for civil engineering students. Companies invited by the college weren't fulfilling students demands. Until now, at least 30% of the students left their jobs within 6-8 months. The just give false promises regarding placements, but do not provide.

Sinhgad Academy of Engineering - mostly average, sometimes below average.

Placements: Placements were basically non-existent, only a handful of guys and girls got placed due to the college's efforts. Of my seniors batch a lot of people got placed in IT, most of those recruiters didn't come for our batch because they had taken in many from our seniors, a few did get placed in IT though. So overall, a few were placed and most of the placed were in IT.

It is a good college considering the education provided. The campus is not that amusing.

Placements: Placements in the college are good. A centralised placement cell is working for placement and student training programme (STP). Staff members are very good, and they put efforts for placements of students. Recruiters like Accenture, Wipro, Mahindra, Tech Mahindra, and TCS, etc., visit the college for placements. Placement officer is very good and works well for student placement cell. As it belongs to Sinhgad Technical Education Society, placement drives are organised at the main branch of Sinhg...

Sinhgad Academy of Engineering was a good college few years back, but not now.

Placements: There are placements for other departments, but there has never been a campus placement for any student related to civil. There was a guy who got placed, but it was in Accenture, which is not related to civil. The staff keeps on changing, and there is nothing outside the college to attract students.

It's good if you be regular student.

Placements: There are many companies who come for campus placement in our college. IT and Computers have best placement rather than other stream's. For civil it's almost no placements. So if you have skills to perform good in college then nothing to worry. Nice companies like Google, Microsoft, Infosys, Wipo, Accenture etc. Comes for placement.

The quality of education is decreasing drastically in sinhgad institutes.

Placements: The placement of senior batch is better than our batch 5 to 10 out 0f 300 students gets placed. The overall percentage is about 20%. The highest package offered was by atlas copco of 5.3 lacks and the lowest is of 1.8 lacks. The core companies visited are less than IT companies. The internship offered by very few companies. The stipedn given by them is upto 16 thousand. Placement cell is available but is of no use to students. The placement officer is not deeply focused in career of students.

There were no placements this year for the civil students in the core companies.

Placements: Placements are promised to be 100 percent on some websites but specifically for Civil engineering no core companies came in 2017. Only companies offering jobs to Civil engineering students were Byju's and Accenture. The roles offered to students were as a counsellor.

Please stay away from this college.

Placements: The placements are pretty bad. Only, 10% of the students are placed. Currently, the highest salary package offered was 3.0 lacs per annum. Software tester roles are offered to the students. Only, less than 2% of the students got the internship which is not confirmed to be genuine. The maximum stipend offered was Rs. 5,000. The placement cell is useless, and it is kind of rude to the students. No seminars are given for the placement and internship activity.

College is equipped with average facilities and good faculty members. Except the placement.

Placements: Many of the companies are IT companies I. e. rarely there are core companies coming for the placement. Except mass recruiters there are just 5 vacancies for the core company and students appearing are above 2000. because of central campus the ratio of companies to student is very much less. So it is nearly impossible to have more than 10% placement of our college. Moreover, though we have central campus, the other colleges of Sinhgad are given more preference I. e. criteria is different sometime...

Somehow satisfied, as the teaching faculty are good.

Placements: My senior batch students have got placed in Accenture and Infosys, and upcoming batch students also have some good opportunities. There are many multinational companies which have come for the campus placements in our college. The students who have appeared and cracked the aptitude test of the respective company, have got qualified and got a reasonable package.

The placement provided is not even 10%.

Placements: No placements are provided in the construction companies, and only IT companies came to the college. The college claims about 100% placement, but not even 10% placement is provided. Last year, not a single construction company came for the placements. The college reputation has gone down.

Don't take admission in Sinhgad for safe future.

Placements: The placement in our college is mostly for computer science and IT branches. There are few placements for other branches like E&TC, mechanical and civil branches. The criteria for the campus selection is 60 percentage. Nowadays because of the strike, the chances of getting placements are very low.
