I am quite satisfied with the college, and I would like to recommend other students also.
Placements: Almost no one got placed because no one wants to do a job. They all want to pursue further education. Salary offered is according to student capabilities, nature and skills. Nike and Adidas are the top recruiters. Our course helps me to gain knowledge about the marketing sector and production. The highest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 8,000 per month. Almost everyone in our college gets internships, and it is mandatory for everyone.
Infrastructure: All the infrastructure is very good. All the time it has been a great surrounding and learning atmosphere. All the classrooms are well-equipped, and labs and Wi-Fi are fine. There is a college hostel only for a few students, and the quality of the food served is awesome. The area of the canteen is good and hygienic. About sports, all the equipment are there in the sports room.
Faculty: Faculty members of Salesian College are very helpful. They never back down to help students. Even they took extra time and teach students during exam time. They work as friends with the student and help them. BBA is the best course in Salesian College. This course helps to be ready for the organisational sectors.
Other: I want to pursue an MBA, so I took BBA in bachelors. All things are good. But the problem is with the time duration to study they offer. If they offer more time, then it would be better. In our college, every semester, an event is held, and lots of people gather there. About the college activities, everyone has to choose one activity as a minor subject. End of the year, the principal offer scholarships to top students.

Faculty members of the college are awesome, but I am disappointed with placements.
Placements: I was in the BBA department in marketing batch, and no student got placed from our batch. But teachers used to help us by referring to good companies.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. It almost provides all the facilities like the library, gym, sports, Wi-Fi, computer labs and a good environment for studies. Our college is the only college in the city which is graded A by NAC. Our college provides average hostel facilities.
Faculty: The most important thing in college is good teachers. Our teachers are so helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. They treat us like their friends, and not only help in our course curriculum activities but also with our problems related to business and family. Teachers build our personalities in all fields like guiding us in organising fest, to manage all activities in the fest.
Other: I was in the BBA department in the marketing field, and the reason behind choosing this course is I am from a business background, and also I want to make my career in business. The best thing about our course is that it teaches us how to deal with customers.

If you are going to pursue BBA from this college.
Placements: There is no placement opportunity in our college; we don't get any placement opportunities. We only get internships in our 3rd year with the college itself. We can get internships in our specialized field, like have finance so we can get internships in finance and not in other fields.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good; they have smart boards in every class, and the library is also very good but the books are a little bit old. The whole college has Wi-Fi but only faculty can use it, and students are not eligible to use it, so we can't use it.
Faculty: The faculty is qualified and they are very helpful but the teaching quality is very bad. You cannot understand what they are teaching, and the curriculum is not very good because they are just copying and pasting from the other college because they are autonomous .
Other: Yes, I will choose this course, but this college is not the best for the BBA. The curriculum has to be improved, as does the faculty's way of teaching .

Good environment and nature friendly campus.
Placements: This college don't provide any placement and job opportunity, but few teachers help you to get placement outside the campus by providing you information about the interviews going outside the campus where you can go and show your talent and skills, and teachers also teaches you how to crack interviews.
Infrastructure: Salesian college, Siliguri branch, does not have Wi-Fi connection but it has a good big infrastructure with green environment. Campus has 2 different canteen one is veg and another is non veg with good quality of food, College provide hostels to girls' only boys hostel facilities yet not available. College have big library and computer lab and also auditorium and a music room.
Faculty: Faculty in this college is very helpful as they are very friendly both in class as well as out side the class. They teaches you with actual and real examples so that you can be ready for the industry after your 3 years. All they faculty in this college are very well educated and well skilled. According to me they are best of the best and there teaching techniques are different then others which help you to understand easily.
Other: BBA is one of the best course in this campus because BBA students get more chances to organize events and fests in college and can learn many things. By doing such thing one can show his or her skills and can make herself and himself out from they common crowd. BBA every year conduct fest which is department fest and they also conduct a fest called innovation which inter-college fest.

The college has good faculty members, but there is no placement.
Placements: Placements are poor in this college. It doesn't provide any placement to the students. They recommend the name of the companies where students can give an interview. But non of the company visit the campus for placement.
Infrastructure: The college has provided well-equipped computer labs. Classrooms are spacious and have a screen for digital learning. Games room, sick room, gym, library and 3 computer labs are available in the college. There are 3 canteens, but the food served is not healthy. Sometimes we face a shortage of classrooms during the day shift and morning shift. However, construction of a new building is going on and will be ready by the year 2020.
Faculty: Teachers hold a minimum of a master's degree, and some are PhD holders. They are very friendly with the students. Industrial visit is mandatory in each semester, which is useful. Social outreach and excursions are arranged to provide exposure to children.
Other: Many events are conducted in the college. The college organises various fests in a year like Calibre, Innovision, etc., and colleges from across the nation, participate in these fests.

Satisfied with the faculty, not good placements, and infrastructure is good.
Placements: Right now, our college is providing training for better placements, and we do get someplace, for example, banks like ICICI, Axis, etc. The people have also appeared for CAT and CA and have cracked their examination. So, it's a good college with proper discipline. Nearly, 4 out of 10 people are selected because of their capability and knowledge. Even some people are authors now like Diganta Ray.
Infrastructure: Salesian College Siliguri has been developing since 2009. Right now, the college has 1 AV room, 1 conference room, 3 big toilets for boys and girls separately, 3 canteens for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food separately, 1 library, 2 computer lab, more than 25 classrooms, 1 games room and other required offices like reception, other offices too. New building is getting ready and it will get completed by 2019 with more than 10 toilets, more than 50 classrooms, more than 5 conference rooms, 2 AV rooms, three big library and huge campus. There is a free Wi-Fi, delicious, and cheap food in the canteen, etc.
Faculty: The teachers of all the streams are better qualified. The minimum qualification of a teacher in Salesian College Siliguri is Masters, and it has many PhD teachers. We get an industrial visit in every alternate semester, and various seminars are held in every month, and the various inter-college fest is held like Innovision, Tata memorial lecture. The college is accredited with A by NAAC. Any course in this college is helpful.
Other: Events like Innovision, calibre, commerce fest, blood donation camp, NCC movements, sports day, Republic Day, Independence Day, cricket tournament, connected to various industries like coca-cola factory in Siliguri, Sambat feed mill in Siliguri, excursion every year for final year students.
