On Fees and Eligibility

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Nearly there is assistance for every student regarding placement, but nearly 60 to 80 percent of students get placed from the college. TCS, Cognizant, and other companies' recruitment is held on campus. Nearly there is assistance for every student regarding internships, and many get it. Students get roles like Data Analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has well-managed infrastructure with good Wi-Fi connectivity. There are labs with every working instrument. Classrooms are well-equipped, and the library has every type of book. The hostel is expensive but good with facilities. There are different and many canteens with every type of food offering. The sports facility is good, with a cricket stadium inside the campus and a multi-utility stadium for other sports.
Faculty: The college is good with the SPPU curriculum. Teachers are supportive and well-qualified. It is an SPPU-affiliated college, so the course is designed by SPPU. Some practical knowledge is given to students regarding work profiles. Semester exams might be difficult for some students, but it is easy to pass; it needs to be 40 percent for passing.
Other: There are events that take place, such as Sandipotsav, which is the biggest fest. The campus is very big, nearly 200 acres of land. There are scholarships for students with government support. Sports and other activities like singing and drama take place on campus.

Placements: The highest salary package of our college is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 4.5 LPA. Around 70%-80% of students get placed in our college and also receive internship opportunities. Top recruiting companies for our course are MNCs. Roles offered in our course include JE, AE, etc.
Infrastructure: The facFacilities provided by our college are labs, Wi-Fi, classrooms, and the library, are very good. Labs are very clean. Each department has separate Wi-Fi facilities, and every student is given an ID and password for Wi-Fi. Classrooms are spacious and clean, ensuring all students are comfortable.ilities provided by our college, like labs, Wi-Fi, classrooms, and the library, are very good. Labs are very clean. Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and interactive with course students. The teaching quality is also good, and all faculty members are qualified. Every faculty member has a PhD. We belong to Pune University, so the exams are tough, and the marking system is also strict.
Other: Events and fests are very nice and enjoyable.

College is not good; it is overhyped, and they spend a lot on marketing.
Placements: 70% students were placed, but most of them didn’t receive a joining letter. The highest package is 1.12 crore, the lowest is 1.5 lacs, and the average is 4 lacs. Top recruiting companies are TCS and Infosys. 80% got internships in various companies in Nashik. Top roles offered are software engineer.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is one of the best in Nashik. It is a 250-acre campus, and the buildings are very good. There is greenery everywhere. It is very clean from inside. Canteen is good, and sports is the worst. I am not a hosteler to tell about it. The food in the mess is edible. That’s all I can say.
Faculty: The faculty is very average. Some professors are from IIT, and they are good, but the other faculty is very average, and most of them are new joiners, so the study quality is not that good. The course curriculum is a little relevant. Passing is very easy, with a passing percentage of 40%. You can pass exams easily.
Other: Because there was a boom in CS, I chose CS. You get to know new things. Almost everything could be improved. Scholarships are available for SC, ST, and OBC students. Campus life is okayish.

Information regarding Sandip Institute of Technology and Research Center.
Placements: Around 50% of students were placed from my college last year, the highest package of the electrical branch was around 30 LPA, and the lowest package was 2 LPA. The average package is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Suzlon, Wipro, Tata, etc. Around 30% of students got internships, and in certain companies like Tata and Wipro, top roles offered are professional electrician and many more.
Infrastructure: Various facilities are available in my college, such as Wi-Fi-enabled campus, well-established classrooms, and libraries. The hostel is also good, but the food quality is not worth the money. Although several other facilities are available like medical facilities and playgrounds.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful, although they are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant and yes, able to make students industry-ready. The semester exams are slightly difficult; the pass percentage is around 40%.
Other: I chose this course for better placements. The best thing about my course is there is a huge demand in the future. The best thing regarding my course that should be improved is that the teaching method should be more practical and interesting. Yes, several events are conducted in our college like startup seminars, Ganesh Utsav, and some DJ nights.

Good facilities provided by the college.
Placements: The placement percentage at this college is around 90%, but the placement packages are not that high. The average package is only around 4-5 LPA. So, you will only get a decent job, which is good for freshers. However, for talented people, the packages are not that high, and they can only expect to earn 6–8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The course infrastructure is very good, but the computers in the labs are very old and not high-end. Also, there are no labs for student research. However, the staff and campus are very good, and the classrooms are well organized.
Faculty: The faculty are good for a few subjects, but not for all. The exams are as per SPPU, but as an autonomous college, they are very easy for us. We get question banks and all the other materials, and there are also time-to-time quizzes and presentations. There is also a midterm. Overall, it is a good college.

Although there isn’t a 100 percent placement rate, 80 to 90 percent of students secure placements. Companies like Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Amazon, etc., visit the campus, and roles such as software developer are offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. The campus covers over 250 acres and features spacious classrooms and labs within impressive buildings. The hostel is well-regarded and has high security. The canteen food is decent.
Faculty: The college holds events every year in January-February known as Sandipotsav. It supports sports at the state level. To get into this college, you need to attempt JEE or MHT CET and score above 80 percentile. The passing percentage here is 60.
