Mixed Experience: Decent faculty and labs, but outdated curriculum and limited campus life.

Placements: Around 30% of the students were placed from my B.Sc. batch. The highest package offered was INR 4 LPA and the lowest package was INR 1.5 LPA. Top recruiters included local labs and small companies. Around 20% of the students secured internships in research labs and in basic administrative roles.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for my course includes basic labs, Wi-Fi in some areas, and standard classrooms. The library is small but has all the necessary books available. The hostel facilities are average with clean rooms and basic amenities provided. The food in the mess is decent though it’s not great. Medical facilities are limited. There are some sports facilities provided including a small ground for cricket and football.

Faculty: The faculty is qualified and helpful, though the teaching quality varies. Some teachers are more engaging than the others. The curriculum is basic and needs updates to be more industry-relevant. It focuses more on theory than practical skills. The semester exams are moderately difficult, and the passing percentage is around 45%.

Other: I chose this B.Sc course for my interest in science. The best parts include a dedicated faculty and hands-on lab experience. However, the curriculum needs updating, more industry exposure would help. The campus life includes annual fest, but the crowd is limited. Connectivity is decent, though the surroundings could be livelier. There are a few scholarships offered along with limited extracurricular activities.
