Good infrastructure and placements about 85%.
Placements: In my college, there are around 85% of students who got placed in good roles. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Infosys is the top recruiting company.
Infrastructure: In my college, we have good projector screens, labs with good equipment, good components with a Wi-Fi router, good internet connection in the same campus, good computer facilities, and a library in each department. There is good food in the canteen. There is good infrastructure. The development of campuses is good. It is the one in the world.
Faculty: Our teachers are good at teaching. They insist students to study well. They have more than 20 years of experience. They have good knowledge of their subjects. In our department and college, the teaching quality is quite good and makes students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because I can go to both software and hardware-based jobs. I am interested in electronics. The best thing about my course is to get recruited in both the software and hardware fields. Events are conducted every year on college days. Scholarships are given by the government and helped by our teachers. Extracurricular activities like cricket, kabaddi, and volleyball are supported by our college staff.

Saranathan College has an average infrastructure and the teaching way is better for students.
Placements: I am studying B.Tech in Information Technology, and my senior batch had a 50% placement rate per year. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 7 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. Top recruiting company is Zoho. Our college didn't arrange any internship for students and it is our own interest.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in our department are good. They provide Wi-Fi and air-conditioners in labs. The quality of hostel and mess food is average. There are no medical facilities in our college. They have less interest in sports and games. Sports are our interest.
Faculty: Faculty members have very good manners. They are helpful for internal exams and end-semester. Our college provides three IA tests before an end-semester exam. Exams are moderate and pass percentage is 85%. Our curriculum has very little chance of getting placed in the company. We have to do extra skill courses.
Other: In the beginning of college, I didn't like the course, but day after I developed an interest in our course. They give a lot of input to students is the best thing in our courses. I wish to improve my skills and knowledge about our course. There is only a one-day college fest organized and also a one-day celebration of sports day.

Saranathan College review 2021 batch.
Placements: The highest package offered is 4.5 LPA, while the lowest stands at 2.16 LPA. Leading recruiters include top firms like TCS, CTS, and Chorizo, providing ample opportunities for graduates. These companies offer roles across various domains, ensuring that students gain valuable experience and build a strong career foundation.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, ensuring seamless connectivity for students. The labs are well-equipped with essential tools and up-to-date software installed on each system. The canteen offers a variety of meals, though food quality varies; it is generally of medium quality, with occasional improvements during inspections or events.
Faculty: Teachers are mostly helpful about any doubts that we ask. There will be some partiality shown by some teachers, but not all. The curriculum is a little bit old for the 2021 batch. It would be better if they remake the syllabus. Semester exams are moderately tough. The pass percentage is 45%.

Value for money is good. Compared to other institutions, this college is better.
Placements: Many students are getting placed, but placements depend on individual skills and academic standards. Infosys is the top recruiter, and many top roles are being offered. Additionally, many students are getting internships based on their interests. The average package is around 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has an average canteen with food quality that could be improved. Technically, the facilities are decent, with good Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries that are useful. However, the hostel is average and needs improvement. The building and infrastructure are being upgraded, and this is currently a work in progress. The college is strictly vegetarian.
Faculty: The college has well-experienced and trained professors who focus on making students academically strong. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The curriculum is relevant and helps prepare students for the industry. The semester exams are standard, but internal exams and unit tests ensure that students are well-prepared for end-semester exams.

Good infrastructure and industry-relevant curriculum but mixed feedback on placements.
Placements: In my batch, around 75% of students were placed. The highest package was Rs. 20 LPA and the lowest was Rs. 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Infosys, PWC and more. In our college, many got the roles of data analyst and digital marketer.
Infrastructure: Most courses offer well-equipped labs, classrooms and libraries. The Wi-Fi connection is okay. The hotels there really provide decent living conditions; food is available in the canteen and the mess is okayish. There sports and game facilities are top-notch.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are qualified but not highly so. However, they are helpful and easy to communicate with. The curriculum is somewhat relevant and helps students prepare for industry and gain market insights. Semester exams are quite difficult but are manageable.
