About the course, it is relevant, but the subjects are quite outdated as stated by NBA, who came to our institute recently. Semester exams are pretty much difficult to score in compared to other engineering colleges.

Our batch is not that industry-relevant, but for upcoming batches, it has improved by including subjects like AIML as compulsory. Semester exams are not that difficult. College follows a relative grading system.

Faculty: Faculty members at SPIT are well educated and hold good degrees. The teaching staff is very nice. Even the office staff is nice. The library and lab staff are very coordinated and helpful. The exams are a bit tougher than those at other colleges. Pass percentage depends on everyone; it's just like the percentile.
