College with a great campus and with lots of opportunities for students to learn through clubs.

Placements: Placements in SVNIT were fairly good. Many companies visited here over a span of 10 months. We didn't have a placement week, and placements went all year. In mechanical, PSUs visit here to hire people with high CGPA with a salary package of 17-20 LPA, and other core companies also visited here like Hero, Honda, MG Motors, Bajaj Auto. Apart from this, non-core companies such as EXL Analytics, ZS Associates, Fractal Analytics, etc., with an average salary package of 6 LPA visited here for students...

Excellent infrastructure and reputation, decent placements, make SVNIT an excellent career option.

Placements: Almost 95-100% of students were placed during the year 2013-2014. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA for PSU jobs. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA for certain IT jobs. The average salary package offered was 4.5-5.5 LPA. Nearly 200 Companies from all the major fields visited our campus except FMCGs. Roles offered to students was that of graduate engineering trainees who were gradually trained to work as basic technical professionals in the office or at sites. For managing a...

Overall it is a very good college.

Placements: Placements in the electronics department are quite good, but the core companies visiting the campus for placements are low. I am interested in coding so I attended placement drives conducted by most of the IT companies which offer placements especially for the computer science department. Placements in the CSE branch are excellent, and everyone gets placed with an average salary package of 6 LPA. Internships offered are also high, and the highest stipend offered is Rs. 50,000 per month.

The best college in Gujarat. It provides good placement opportunities.

Placements: The placements of the chemical department are very good as there is less number of students here as compared to other departments. Almost everyone gets placed, and the average salary offered is around 6 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA, and the lowest was 4 LPA. A training and placement cell works efficiently. Internships start from 2nd year onwards, but most people get an internship after their 3rd year.

Placements: Placements were good in numbers. Almost 80 per cent students were placed. Average salary is around 4 to 5 LPA. The companies that visit mostly come with a CS or IT profile. Very few companies offer a core field job. Computer Dept and electronics Dept have a decent placement but it is poor for other disciplines.

Placements: The placement records of 2018 were very good with maximum package of 29.60 Lacs from Computer Science and Engineering department. SVNIT offers an average placement of about 75% of its students from all branches. Students were offered a web developer, software developer and as Data Scientists. Placements: Placements for CSE are very good, and they are good enough for other branches. Civil engineering has few placements, not up to the mark. Other than core placements, non-core companies also visit the campus for recruitment and recruit a higher number of students with good packages.
