SVNIT - Value for money college. Good placements, good faculty staff, 4 years of enjoyment.

Placements: SVNIT is well known for its placement records. However talking about Chemical Engineering it experience a downfall in 2019 compared to 2018. This year, the High package was 7.6 LPA compared to 19lpa previous year. Average package mingles around 5.5lpa and the lowest package was 3.3lpa. But a very interesting thing about these values is that it increases as one gathers experience during job. Chemical engineering experience sinosuidal format in terms of placement. The highest salary was 28lac and average is around 5.5lac and the lowest salary is around 3lac. The internship percent is not great as most people take the internships from outside the campus. Overall it is a very good college.

Placements: Placements in the electronics department are quite good, but the core companies visiting the campus for placements are low. I am interested in coding so I attended placement drives conducted by most of the IT companies which offer placements especially for the computer science department. Placements in the CSE branch are excellent, and everyone gets placed with an average salary package of 6 LPA. Internships offered are also high, and the highest stipend offered is Rs. 50,000 per month.

Placements: The placements of the chemical department are very good as there is less number of students here as compared to other departments. Almost everyone gets placed, and the average salary offered is around 6 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA, and the lowest was 4 LPA. A training and placement cell works efficiently. Internships start from 2nd year onwards, but most people get an internship after their 3rd year.

Dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2017 and good infrastructure.

Placements: The placement records of 2018 were very good with maximum package of 29.60 Lacs from Computer Science and Engineering department. SVNIT offers an average placement of about 75% of its students from all branches. Students were offered a web developer, software developer and as Data Scientists. The highest stipend is offered by 'De Shaw' of about 1 Lacs per annum for two students. A lot of people get good internships.

Placements: Placements for CSE are very good, and they are good enough for other branches. Civil engineering has few placements, not up to the mark. Other than core placements, non-core companies also visit the campus for recruitment and recruit a higher number of students with good packages.

Placements: Placements are good as the number of students placed is 80% of the total available students. Packages range from 5 LPA to 25 LPA. Internship for some branches is high. An intern gets around 10k to 1L provided by the college. There is training and placement cell which takes care of everything regarding placements.

The highest package offered was 14 LPA by BPCL, the lowest package was around 3 LPA, and the average package was 5-6 LPA. Placements: Placements in our college are good. Various companies start visiting our campus from the seventh semester. Non-core companies, i.e., IT companies and management companies visit our campus mostly from the seventh semester. From the middle of the seventh semester, core companies visit our campus to hire students. Many companies visit our campus for internships in the third year, and they also offer pre-placement offers.
