B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2023

I am satisfied with the infrastructure, but teaching and placements are average.
Placements: About 30% of students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA. Amazon, Google, TCS, Infosys, HCL Technologies, Accenture, etc., visit here for placements. About 20%-30% of students got internships in Google, Infosys, etc. Software engineer, developer and data analyst roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Facilities are average here, and the infrastructure is good. There is no Wi-Fi, and the labs are decent. Classrooms are hygienic, and the library offers good books. The facilities provided in the hostel are pretty average. The quality of food served here is bad, and medical facilities are average. Sports and games are held at often intervals.
Faculty: Teachers here are not very helpful, and they are qualified but not very much knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is decent enough only. The course curriculum is relevant up to 80%, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately tough. The pass percentage is about 70%.
Other: I chose this course because I am ambitious to build my career as a software engineer. This course makes you professional and job-ready. The course curriculum could be updated and be more focused on the course.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2024

I am dissatisfied with placements and salary packages.
Placements: Placements are good, but in few previous years, very fewer students got good placements. It is very good between the years like 2010 to 2015, but slowly the placement graph is going slightly down. Now it is in a straight line graph, i.e., there are placements but with not that good salary packages.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and it is a huge campus. Hostel facilities are also good for both girls and boys. Classrooms, library and labs are well-settled. It is in a good location, and buses are free for students. It has a good environment for studies. Seniors in the hostel are very supportive and good with us.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-qualified. Every subject has a particular teacher, and every teacher gives their best time to students. Every teacher is well-knowledgeable in their subject, and all teachers teach us according to the syllabus.
Other: Our batch is very sincere and passionate about future dreams, and I think it is the mindset of every student of our college.

B.Tech. in Biotechnology - Batch of 2015

Good placement held in 2015 batch.
Placements: 70% student are selected during placement. The highest oackage is 4.89 LPA, the lowest 2.10 LPA, and average 3-3.5 LPA. Hck, infosys, biocon, biogenesis, sun pharma, wipro, honda, mahindra. In my course most of the roles are offered as a research scientist, and programme developer.
Infrastructure: The facility and infrastructure are good. Campus are fully Wi-Fi. Labs and library are beneficial and the are in good phase, all experiment are doing under the faculty guidance. Hostel facility, food and all are important things provided by authority. Sport courts are available.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and they are always in mannered way. They give good knowledge. This course make the students ready for industry environment. Teacher quality are fully appreciative and they always give best towards every students. Projects and seminar are also held.
Other: Biotechnology is deal with the chemistry and environment where many organism are live and they have many action and reaction, basically it give technique to deal with them. Extra curriculum activity are also held for physical growth.

Fully satisfied best faculty supportive and the best part best in placement.
Placements: The college is very good in providing the placement. college fully supports after completion of course and various leading pharmaceutical companies come in our college for placement my seniors got jobs in various reputed companies like ranbaxy, sun pharma etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is at its best. Hostel: as I am hostler the food in mess sitting arrangement cleaning of corridors water 24/7 everything is best. labs : labs are fully equipped every chemical and apparatus is available Wi-Fi is everywhere whether its library or classroom or lab Wi-Fi is available everywhere Sports : in sports our college is leading like in coming Srijan already excited HPL etc. All are organised by college.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable and very supportive whether there is any personal problem teachers support a lot every teacher gives his/her 100%. Definitely all practicals classes whether computer or theory everything is done in a very professional way.
Other: I choose this course because it has wider scope than other courses and I don't think there is anything which can be improved in my college. various events are done in mg college srijan, HPL, pharmacy day, and a lot more.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2017

I am satisfied with the college.
Placements: Many companies like HCL, ONGC, L&T, Genpact, Accenture, Microsoft, Clox Pharma, Orbit Biotech, Infosys, WEP Solutions and few companies from Delhi NCR visited the college. Nearly 80% of the students got placed, and I am the living example of the same. The average salary package offered ranges between 5-15 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college had all the modern equipment and amenities required for professional and practical training for a student. Hostel and accommodation, however, has a room for improvement. The food served in a mess is fine, but the canteen provides way tastier items. The college has musical, dance faculty members and also a gym faculty.
Faculty: Faculty members are educated, and they are forever ready to help students. The staff is also quite friendly. Nearly 70% of our teachers have been IITians and NITians. The course is as per the requirement with a major focus on practical knowledge and hands-on experience which is worth to be noted.
Other: Our college organises fests twice a year which is the best time of the year, including tech fair, cookery, stall, and also theatre. The college also provides scholarships based on students performance and also fee concession. The crowd is average but not bad, and not to have fruitful future relationships. I really believe it was overall a good experience to be here.

Review about Saroj Institute of Technology & Management.
Placements: The placements in MCA 3rd year, about 75% of the students got placed in MNC companies (including BPO sectors). The highest package offered was 35000/- (according to HCL services Ltd, Lucknow) minimum package was less than Rs. 30000. The companies that visited our college are HCL services Ltd, Aegis. Some NCR based official consultants etc., Saroj group, has its official placements department, i.e., about to rebuild for upcoming students. So, the future students will not have any problems/queries regarding job-hunt.
Infrastructure: We have a Wi-Fi enabled campus, CCTV covered environment, high tech labs, library (off-course), canteen which needs to get improved in all the ways. The labs are okay, Saroj group has its conference hall where students can attend all induction programmes conducted by the college/other groups/organisations.
Faculty: The faculty members are okay. In the PG department, you'll have to stay at your own for getting academic updates (sometimes). Students have can apply for scholarship according to their respective categories. It is good that you are free from ragging. Everyone in this college including faculty is busy and always keep themselves occupied. So there is no time for people here for ragging. But you should be aware, and don't try to use mobile phones anywhere. If your phone gets caught once, it will be a huge process to get your mobile phone back from Director-general of Saroj group.
Other: Last year Saroj group conducted an event Srijan2k17 which was awesome.
