I am satisfied with the infrastructure, but teaching and placements are average.
Placements: About 30% of students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA. Amazon, Google, TCS, Infosys, HCL Technologies, Accenture, etc., visit here for placements. About 20%-30% of students got internships in Google, Infosys, etc. Software engineer, developer and data analyst roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Facilities are average here, and the infrastructure is good. There is no Wi-Fi, and the labs are decent. Classrooms are hygienic, and the library offers good books. The facilities provided in the hostel are pretty average. The quality of food served here is bad, and medical facilities are average. Sports and games are held at often intervals.
Faculty: Teachers here are not very helpful, and they are qualified but not very much knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is decent enough only. The course curriculum is relevant up to 80%, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately tough. The pass percentage is about 70%.
Other: I chose this course because I am ambitious to build my career as a software engineer. This course makes you professional and job-ready. The course curriculum could be updated and be more focused on the course.

I am dissatisfied with placements and salary packages.
Placements: Placements are good, but in few previous years, very fewer students got good placements. It is very good between the years like 2010 to 2015, but slowly the placement graph is going slightly down. Now it is in a straight line graph, i.e., there are placements but with not that good salary packages.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and it is a huge campus. Hostel facilities are also good for both girls and boys. Classrooms, library and labs are well-settled. It is in a good location, and buses are free for students. It has a good environment for studies. Seniors in the hostel are very supportive and good with us.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-qualified. Every subject has a particular teacher, and every teacher gives their best time to students. Every teacher is well-knowledgeable in their subject, and all teachers teach us according to the syllabus.
Other: Our batch is very sincere and passionate about future dreams, and I think it is the mindset of every student of our college.

The review of Saroj Institute of Technology and Management (SITM, Lucknow).
Placements: The placements of the college were fabulous. Everyone got an opportunity to prove themselves. Even every single person got an opportunity to sit in a placement drive at least once. The placement co-coordinator was helpful, and he always communicates properly with the students.
Infrastructure: All the facilities provided by the college were flexible and user-friendly. The classroom environment was also competitive where you can boost your knowledge. The hostel canteen was good, and all the girls sit together for food. Hostel rooms were good. The sports facilities are available to play games like badminton, cricket etc.
Faculty: The teachers are friendly and supportive. They always provide a detailed description of the course and make us understand how we can complete that efficiently. The teachers were very helpful, and they always helped us even after the class time. They never get frustrated with our questions. They are very patient and explain the students to make the students understand the problem.
Other: The scholarships provided by the college were good. The environment and culture of the college were also good.

Partly Satisfied, as the transport facility is not very good.
Placements: Regarding the placement, the college holds a good position than other colleges present in Lucknow. Also in terms of percentage, the seniors made the college held its reputation by scoring above 65%, and the maximum percentage was 75%. In terms of campus placement, ST students were placed in the companies like LMRC, Lucknow, BAJAJ Alliance, etc.
Infrastructure: Regarding the infrastructure, it again holds good condition. However, improper and poor maintenance are tampering the image of the college. Also, the classrooms are big and well ventilated, but again, the mishandling and improper maintenance is leading the condition of benches from bad to the worst. The computer labs are well-equipped but with the older systems which are still running on the older versions of Windows. Access to the library is also available, but there are books which are either useless or in very critical condition. The canteen is providing us with food facility at higher rates with the cheapest quality food they ever have. However, other packed food, snacks, and drinks are available in good condition. There are no facilities of labs for the practical subjects like chemistry, physics.
Faculty: The faculty is quite good and friendly with the students. The teachers provide enough guidelines to all the students such that each of them could pass the exams with the good marks. The teachers are highly qualified and teach us in a lucid way. However, there is no industrial exposure to the students.
Other: In terms of co-curriculum activities, the college always supports and encourage the new talents Whether it may be it GK, quiz or occasional programs like dance, cricket championship, etc. The surroundings of the college are quite sound.

Dissatisfied because of placements, fee related in 2010-2014
Placements: In SITM, the on-campus placement is very less. Only 4-5% students were placed with not a good package. So, the placement is not good. Some students were placed through off-campus placements. The highest package was 1.8 LPA and the lowest package was 60,000 PA. HCL and Esoft Tech visited for paid internships and 25% students did paid internships. There was not any stipend provided by this company.
Infrastructure: In SITM, there are good labs, classrooms, library, sports and games facilities available. The quality of labs and classrooms is good. We can learn new things in labs. There are very best hostel rooms available. The room size is good. I did not face any infrastructure-related issue during the college time.
Faculty: The faculty team in SITM was very qualified. Some faculty members were from different IITs and some are from NITs/ They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching method was from blackboard as well as projector basis. 1 faculty member per subject was assigned for 40 students. Industry exposure was not good. The course curriculum was as per the university syllabus.
Other: There was too much issue of fee and dues. They apply fine to each student who was not able to submit the total fee in one time. From hostel/bus, either one was compulsory. I think SITM should strictly focus on this as well as placements. If these issues will be fixed, then it will be good.
