As far as I have checked, both these institutes offer very different courses than one another. While School of Ayurveda mostly focusses on Ayurveda related courses, such as BAMS, MD and MS, the couses offered by Council of Education and Development Programmes are most related courses offered to Nursing, Physiotherapy and other streams. Hence, as different stream-specific institutes both of these have no comparison to each other in any respect.

Placements: DY patil ayurvedic college is a deemed university. It is situated in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. One of the very well-known college of Maharashtra. Offers very good placements to deserving candidates. Median salary offered is around 7.5 to 8 lakhs. Provides good opportunities.
Infrastructure: This deemed university has most advanced infrastructure. The whole campus compiles of hostel, mess, a very big ground, library, labs, auditorium, canteen and what not. The classrooms and labs are very well equipped. Cleanliness is maintained. Food is good.
Faculty: The faculty is very well qualified. Teaching and non teaching staff both are very helpful , cooperative & gentle with students. Exams are conducted on proper intervals of academic year . Students caliber is appreciated in every field along with the academics.

Yes, School of Ayurveda, DY Patil Navi Mumbai offers three-year full-time and four-year part-time PhD course. Aspirants who have completed MD/ MS in relevant subjects are eligible to apply for the PhD programme. The university conducts PET for admission to PhD in Ayurveda.
