UPES has an awesome campus as well as good program structure. It operates in Petroleum and energy sector where it provides various programs including MBA, BBA, B.Tech M.Tech and Ph.D. It has world class faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. If you are looking to pursue your education in energy sector, you should go for it.

To pursue MBA in oil and gas management from UPES is worth when your background is mechanical or chemical engineering. If you are woo by college placement brochure, it is a nice painted type brochure. Tuition fee and hostel expenses is around 8 Lakhs for MBA oil and gas. If you are taking loan for this. Make sure you get placed from college. From last 2 or 3 batches, MBA oil and gas placements are not satisfactory.

Most of the facilities at campus are in good shape and good condition. So overall I like the campus. Faculty focus only on core energy or domain and this silo kind of knowledge share with students limits their thought process and chance of over-all development. Placement is at average and below average salaries as compared to other B-schools. a few get placed at fairly high packages but majority are below par. UNIVERSITY OF PETROLEUM AND ENERGY STUDIES, DEHRADUN , the name says everything. This college focus basically on petroleum and has got very good exposure. It became a part of the Laureate International Universities network in 2013. is the one of the first university of India to provide UG, PG and PhD programs in the core sectors of petroleum and energy. Aspects of taking BBA in UPES.

Placements: There are many top recruiting companies, a few being IBM and Wipro. It is compulsory for all students to do an internship after ending their year. The placement percentage of the students is above 50%. The highest package was probably around 14 Lacs for my course.

Campus life and it's importance.

Placements: My course is MBA in Operations where we handle the logistics and supply chain of a firm. A lot of students opted for the course and their placements are also very nice. They offer a maximum of 30,00,000 in a job and the companies visit the college to recruit students who are capable and have the ability to get the best possible packages.

Upes offers a great location and cumpus. The placements are good.

Placements: 80% of the students placed in your course. The average package offered here is 4 LPA Most of the students got their internships from the college. The internships were online. In my course the roles offered are : business analyst, sales, Marketing etc.

MBA Logistics - All the quality of UPES.

Placements: Approximately 70% of students have secured placements in prominent companies such as Deloitte, KPMG and Amazon. For my course, the leading recruiting companies including DHL, Bluedart ABA and CG Darcel. The job roles offered our facility in charge, logistics coordinator, sales analyst, and business development, and consultant.

Placements: Placement are decent in this college, this college offers various opportunities for internships and placements that will help you in your career. Top package of School of Business is 30LPA which is decent. UPES has a career service department which will help and support in getting placements.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college is located in a very beautiful location. It is located near the mountains. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners, projectors, fans, lights, charging plugs, switches, etc. The hostel rooms are well-furnished.

BBA in digital business at Upes.

Placements: All students have opportunity to get placed, but not all students receive or specific jobs. However, students are still plays in well-known company. Teachers also has students understand what is best for them and why they should pursue it. I like the college personally.

Our college has good infrastructure.

Placements: Our college conducts interviews for admission to all courses. Our college provides placement opportunities. The salary package offered ranges between 5 LPA - 50 LPA. Our college is good in terms of education. Our college follows discipline. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 8 LPA - 10 LPA. The Bhidoli campus provides better salary packages for B.Tech computer science students.

Review of the Bachelor of Business Administration in Analytics and Big Data.

Placements: Our industrial internship is scheduled for 2 months (that is, June and July), and for that, almost 20% have already been hired by the companies as interns. The main recruiting companies are Moody's Analytics, EXL Analytics, etc. The role offered by the companies to the students is that of junior analysts.

I would recommend this college to low rank students with high budgets.

Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in our course. However, the salary packages were low. The average salary package offered was 8 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA.
