SLCU, an upcoming dominance in the legal industry with too many hints of overdiscipline

Placements: The senior batch in my college that passed out in 2017 had approximately 300 students. According to figures, students are privvy to by way of our internship and placement committee. Around 125 students approximately opted for LLM course of which 30 or so opted for LLM in our college itself. Around 130 applied for the placement drive or for placements by way of the college. 82 students were placed by the committee, whereas the remaining 48 were allegedly offered either unpaid internships, or some...

The college is not bad, but the management is not at all motivating. Major subjects which are essential, are not even taught here, forget to have a teacher in class. This place is full of students living in fear of getting chucked out of college for some reason or the other. They don't encourage students for anything, moot courts, socializing, nothing.

NLSIU Bangalore - Campus life is good.

Placements: Even though the placement scenario was better for senior batches, our batch did fairly well. Most Tier 1 and Tier 2 law firms have recruited from our college. Students also bagged PPOs from law firms like Indus Law, Jyotisagar and Associates, trilegal, Ko ghar &Co. , Vanish & Associates, Khaitan etc.

I suggest you to choose this university after enquiring and not based on the brochure.

Placements: Some students get placed from our college, and our college is not encouraging many students to get placed. The number of students enrols for placements is not good here, and our college has the potential to improve it. Students can get placements only when they are trained accordingly. Our college lacks in putting efforts to make students efficient for life beyond the qualification.
