Review for SDJ International College: 3.5/5.

Placements: I think around 10 to 15 percent of students are placed in the whole BCA batch, but I don't know about the highest and lowest packages because the college hasn't declared them. My friend got an internship in the 3rd semester, but he found that internship on his own (most students did). I think 20-25% got internships, with top roles being web and app developers in trending languages.

Infrastructure: The college and classrooms are really good, and the computer lab is unique and well-equipped. Most of the computer labs support the latest versions of Windows and Linux, and all computers are connected to the internet, which is very helpful for finding solutions on your own and for research. There are no hostel facilities, and most students live in Surat.

Faculty: The teachers and faculty are mostly good, except for one. The teaching quality is also good, but I feel the course curriculum is a bit outdated. Some subjects do help make you industry-ready. Semester exams at the college are moderate—not very hard, but not very easy to pass. About 85-90% of students clear the exams.

College life at SDJ International College.

Placements: 50 percent of students were placed in my course, and the highest package offered was 12 lacs per annum and the lowest was 4 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies for my course are IBM, Meta, Intel, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.; I don't know how many students got internships from my college, and the top role offered in my course is web development.

Infrastructure: My college has good classrooms, and our lab has more than 100 personal computers for the students, each of which is connected to Wi-Fi. Our college also provides a library for the students, and our canteen provides good and quality meals for the students. Students can play sports and games as per their wishes after getting permission from the professor.

Faculty: The teachers were actually good and too helpful for the students, and the professors are highly qualified in the field; their teaching techniques make it easy for the students. Also, semester exams are neither easy nor hard, and the passing percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because the future is digital and full of technology, or we can say the IT field, and in this field, the risk of not getting a job is zero, and events and festivals held on campus are the best. Also, several activities are held here.

Overall, rating is 7/10. Faculty is 7/10. Infrastructure is 8/10.

Placements: The course was overall good. Recruiting companies are mostly start-ups, as my city is growing in IT. Packages are also for a higher level. I didn't get any internships. There were many students who could easily get a job, so I would say 20–30% of students got the placement (not the exact information).

Infrastructure: My college BCA department is better than other departments. They definitely have better infrastructure than most colleges in my city. The library has previous years exam papers, which helps you, and I live in a city where there is college, so I wasn't staying in any hostel.

Faculty: Yes, teachers were quite qualified, except 1-2. They taught really well. The senior college was not as difficult as it seems but not easy at all. Well, some syllabus is quite outed, which should be looked up by the university again. It's a university issue, and the college cannot do anything.

Other: I chose this course because of IT's growing industry and had to try something new. About the course, I would say they should really upgrade their syllabus, which is outdated in some subjects. Overall, it's good. And finally, events in colleges are on another level; you won't see any events happening in other colleges than here. It was a great experience.

Our college provides good placements.

Placements: It is the best college in Surat. Our college provides many courses like BCA, B.Com, B.Sc., data science, etc. The salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. The salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. Top roles offered are web developer, software developer, full stack developer, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college has 3 computer labs. They are equipped with air-conditioners. Around 25-30 computers are available in each computer lab. Classrooms are equipped with projectors and sound systems. The library has a collection of reference books, etc. Our college has a canteen. Sports competitions are held every 3-4 months.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and well-qualified. They conduct curriculum activities. The course curriculum is relevant. They conduct several activities like mind it and debate competitions. Semester exams are not much difficult. The pass percentage is 33%.

Hearby BCA is a future ISI course, and my college provides good guidance to enhance the students.

Placements: Kindly, it is a nice college as it gives admission to only higher-ranked students, so it provides a good environment, and the package was also good, with almost 40,000 students. 70 percent got internships. From my college and also in top companies. So yes, it is a good college for placement.

Infrastructure: The facilities are so good; they are the best in Surat. It provides good infrastructure, which helps us keep doing it and encourages us. The quality of the facilities is good; it are valuable, worth it etc. The classroom campus has good facilities that the can teach us in best possible ways.

Faculty: Yes the teachers are professionals; they guide us so well that we reach here and the course make us ready to face any problem. Yes exams are difficult but with the help of teachers guidance, we are able to crack them. Exams are always difficult It seems very hard to start, but when we get interested in them, it became easy.

Other: The best thing about the crop is that it is valuable in the future; it is future-based. In the new generation, things should be improved, in course, campus, etc. Activities are also good.
