The Best College - Honest Review .

Faculty: The tentative number of lectures is around 5 lectures a week, and Saturday and Sunday are off. For first-year students, the average age is around 19. Teachers are very clear about their subjects, and they know how to convey the subject clearly to their students. They usually organize visits to factories for the students and help the students to understand the overall subject in a better way. Exams are both hectic and chilled out, depending upon the subject. If the subject is interesting, the exa...

Dissatisfied because of overall infrastructure.

Faculty: The teachers are not well qualified and knowledgeable. They do not provide enough resources for study so that students can perform well in the examinations. Our course is not curriculum-relevant because not much happens apart from studies and lectures.

Underrated college in South Campus.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of teachers is good. This course is very good enough for art students; basically, it’s very good. Semester exams are totally dependent on the PYQ. The same questions come in the PYQ. Passing marks for every paper differ as per the total marks.

I don't spend much time in college but I would say that students will definitely enjoy.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and educated. In my department, all teachers have WhatsApp group and they are very helpful and appreciated. They always solve our doubts but they just don't like calling them suddenly, we always have to text them first.

An insightful journey: Reviewing English Honours at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.

Faculty: Shaheed Bhagat Singh College boasts highly qualified and experienced faculty members for English Honours. Teachers are approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive. They often go the extra mile to clarify doubts and guide students. The English Honours course curriculum at DU is comprehensive and well-structured, offering a mix of classical, modern, and contemporary literature. While it sharpens critical thinking, analytical skills, and communication, it may not directly prepare students for spec...

Satisfied with the college, there was an opportunity to do lots of things.

Faculty: The curriculum is good, not bad—kind of average. However, it was designed for better delivery of education to students and personality development. As for the faculty, it varies depending on who teaches. Some professors give their best to clear doubts, while some are just teaching in their ways from the 1990s. So, it varies.

College of Commerce with Commercial Knowledge and skills.

Faculty: The course structure is determined by Delhi University, but in terms of teaching methods, I believe the faculty could engage students more effectively. Teachers should focus on providing new learning opportunities rather than promoting rote learning. The curriculum could also benefit from some modernization. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce, and I opted for this course as I was not fully aware of other options at the time. Additionally, not having studied Maths in 12th grade limited my choic...
