There are only two courses bacholar of arts and bacholar of commerce in which the B.Com students get placement mainly my college is not famous for placements.

SBSEC is the best evening college at DU.
Placements: The placement scene is far better here than any other evening colleges or even some south campus and off-campus colleges of Delhi University. We can expect an average salary package of 6.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered this year is 21.5 LP. It is a well-reputed college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious. The library is average in terms of seating area. The number of books available is very good. There are labs like a computer lab, a geography lab, etc. There is a separate sports block and a ground but the ground is under construction.
Faculty: After NEP, the curriculum has entirely changed and has become more relevant now. Exams are conducted semester-wise. It is conducted once every semester. Exams are student-friendly. Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They teach very well.
Other: Our college should conduct more fests. There should be a better canteen. The management is very strict that we do not have a collective fest but internal department fests are held. The connectivity to the metro, bus, etc., is fine as everything is available within walking distance.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh- one of the best colleges of DU (south campus).
Placements: Placements here are good, but we have to work hard to maintain our skills to get placements. We also have to gain experience, and be part of various societies. Working for them will help us build our profile and learn new skills.
Infrastructure: I attended Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College, which is one of the best colleges of DU South Campus. The infrastructure is good, but we lag in air-conditioned classrooms. However, the canteen is very good, with affordable prices and a variety of foods. The canteen staff is very good as well.
Faculty: The faculty is very good, and the teachers are supportive and highly educated. They prefer bagless classes and teach on whiteboards as well as in computer labs. Exams are conducted in semester format, and the difficulty level is moderate.

Placements: At Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College, many students have opportunities for placements. The highest placement package is 21 LPA. The college has a placement cell society that helps students find job and internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College has good infrastructure, although some buildings are still under construction. The classrooms are spacious, and there are many blocks with clean classrooms and washrooms.
Faculty: The faculty at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College is very good; they understand their students well. The teachers are experienced and teach effectively, providing support to students in their studies. The semester exams are well structured, but there are some difficulties in certain areas.
Other: I am pursuing a B.A. Prog., but as a commerce student, I am not entirely satisfied with my course. I would recommend B.Com. Honours as a better option.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College From BA Student's Perspective.
Placements: The placements are above average in our college. The highest package is 21,00,000 and average one is 6,50,000. While students of Bcom and Bcom hons mostly get campus placements, BA students get jobs in research field. Top companies are GT, L&T, Wipro, OYO.
Infrastructure: The campus is well maintained and equipped too. The labs are very good especially our geography lab. The library is pretty spacious too. Books are plenty and one can find every book of his/her need. There is no hostel facility available. There are lots of PG and flats available all around the college.
Faculty: The curriculum has been updated after 2020 because of NEP. It now focuses on practical knowledge mainly. The course was not that relevant earlier but it has now become more relevant. The exams are on semester basis that is conducted only once in every semester. The exams are relatively easy.
Other: Fests are conducted once or twice a year. There are n number of societies present like, Fitoor(modeling), Nuke(Debate), Placement Cell, Commerce Association, etc which are very active and they conduct their events frequently.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College DU Real Experience Unfiltered
Placements: The highest package for the year 2024 was 2150000 while the average package was 650000. Students from Bcom and Bcom Hons get the most placements. The placement cell plays an important role in facilitating the placements by bringing top companies to the college.
Top companies are GT, L&T, Wipro, OYO etc.
Infrastructure: The college has apt labs, the library is well equipped. There is Wifi in the campus but it does not work. The same is for library too. The classrooms are spacious. The playground is under construction. The campus is quite good otherwise. Canteen is a bit overpriced.
Faculty: The teachers are very good. They are friendly and understanding. They help us a lot in our tasks. They motivate us to join the societies as it helps us to develop ourselves. The curriculum has been updated after the implementation of NEP. Exams are conducted only once a semester. Internal assessments go on throughout the year.
Other: I chose this course because I belong to commerce stream and I need some time to think of my future path and this according to me is the best course to figure out. Events are not that frequent in college. Societies only conduct their own events. Fest is conducted once a year. The crowd is good. Campus is quite nice and peaceful. The Shaheed Bhagat Singh Statue is the most peaceful and beautiful place in the campus.

Placements: The placement of the college is pretty good. Every year, placement drives are organized under which students can sit for interviews with various companies. The selection ratio is also good. The best company that comes for hiring is Deloitte USI, which offers a package of 6.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is pretty good. The principal is trying to improve the infrastructure day by day. All basic facilities are available, like a library, computer labs, medical room, canteen, etc. For students interested in sports, there is a sports room where they can issue various sports equipment.
Faculty: The faculty here is very good and supportive. They help us with every aspect of life and the course. They are well-qualified professors with Ph.D. degrees. They are regular and take classes on time. The course is in commerce, covering accounts and management subjects.
Other: Campus life is average because of the ongoing construction of a new auditorium and indoor sports complex, which will definitely benefit future batches. There are various societies students can join according to their skills and interests. The mode of transport available near the college is Malviya Nagar Metro and CVS bus stop. Students can also opt for private autos available outside the premises.
