Good infrastructure in the new building, faculty is good.
Placements: In our college, 30 to 35 students are in one class. In our college, there is no placement; if there is, we don't know about it because we can't get it. After 8 percentile, a college student can get the placement, and there are a few companies that approached our college. They are not approaching just because of bad facilities and transport facilities.
Infrastructure: We have old buildings for B.A. and B.Com students. The infrastructure is really bad, with bad-condition washrooms, bad-condition fans, etc. The food quality is not good and not bad; it's just neutral. We have sports facilities only for boys; girls don't play any type of sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful for students and give us the best knowledge. Yes, somehow students are industry-ready by studying. Only a few exams are hard; otherwise, they're moderate. The 6th semester gets completed in 3 months. Semester exams are moderate, but assignments, internal exams, and practicals are hard for us. Before the exam, we do those and get disturbed from our studies.
Other: I chose it because I wanted a banking job, and it was a great decision. Some teaching skills can be better. Events and fests are good, but the crowd is local, and they roam freely in our events.

A good college in many terms but yet to improve more.
Placements: The percentage of students placed varies, and placements depend mostly on the student's skills. The college offers many internships, and the highest package last year was 12 LPA, with an average package of 4-5 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS and Wipro.
Infrastructure: Our college has two campuses: old and new. The old campus is not in good condition because it is, as its name implies, too old. This building is only in use until the construction of another building is completed on the new campus. The new campus is in good condition and has facilities such as toilets and fresh drinking water. The canteen is small and offers only basic food. The college is good about sports, offering many sports and a ground for football and one for cricket, but the latter is currently not in use because of construction.
Faculty: The faculty is good, and the teachers are well qualified and supportive. The curriculum was based on NEP 2020, which is comprehensive and helpful. The teaching quality is good, and the curriculum helps students learn new skills.
Other: I'm studying for a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Physical Science and a minor in Chemistry. The coursework is challenging, but it's a very good course. The college offers a variety of extracurricular activities, including a number of different societies for dance, music, poetry, and so on. The campus is average, but it has good connectivity, and buses are available for every route. The college also organizes fests and other events, and the student body is diverse and supportive.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2026

1Placements3Infrastructure3Faculty2Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
College full of dissatisfaction in terms of campus.
Placements: There is no placement programme held by the college for students. Swami Shraddhanand College does not offer any placements to students. There are no companies that come to college for placement or job requirements. This is the area where this college lacks.
Infrastructure: Classrooms at Swami Shraddhanand College do not have any technological equipment like projectors, etc. for smart classes. There are no such hostel facilities provided by the college. The area of the college is not an environment where students can live in PGs and the college does not provide its own hostels.
Faculty: The faculty offered by Swami Shraddhanad College is good. The faculty is very well known and has good conceptual knowledge about their subjects. B.Com. Prog. is a very good course to opt for further studies after 12th; it gives a very good base in the field of commerce.
Other: I want to pursue my career in the field of commerce and B.Com. is the best starting point and base for further development. In Swami Shraddhanad College, there is an annual cultural fest called Oculas and Shraddha Tarang to be held in the month of March, where various events take place.

Genuinely a value-for-money college with decent infrastructure.
Placements: The placement depends on the course. But the minimum package of 5-10 can be fetched. It is said that the college does not provide placement, but it has its own placement cell, and packages can be taken from this college also. It only depends on the student and their course.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't have its own hostel, but a number of PGs are available for both boys and girls that are affordable and have good facilities. Separate hostels and PGs can also be found, which are a maximum of 200 meters from the college, and they are affordable also.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and helpful. The curriculum is moderate, and papers can be cleared easily if one attends all the classes and focuses on what is taught in the class. Talking about the exam pattern, we have 2 exams: one is mid-sem, and the other is end-sem. 75% attendance is compulsory to appear for the end-sem exam.

I'm completely satisfied with this college because of its faculty.
Placements: Only 50-60% of students get placements in the B.Com course. Top recruiting companies for the college include Tata, Philips, Deloitte, KMPG, and Infosys. The highest salary package offered in the B.Com course is 5.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Top roles offered in the B.Com course are financial analyst, accountant, investment banker, marketing manager, sales executive, CA, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college mostly supports sports like cricket, football, etc. It has cricket and football grounds. Our college has two libraries, two seminar halls, and a canteen. The campus is very clean. Classrooms are well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, supportive, and cooperative. They are highly educated and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is just amazing. This course is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The class and internal tests are moderately difficult. Semester exams are difficult to pass. The passing percentage is around 60-70%.
Other: I want to make my career in the finance sector, so I chose the B.Com course. In the B.Com course, we get knowledge about trade, commerce, business, how a business works and functions, how accounting is done, and how to make financial decisions. I don't feel any improvement can be made because I feel that I got the best course.

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure, no placement cell, faculty is good
Placements: There were very few students who were placed as there were less companies who came for campus placement. Average package was like around 3 lakh per annum. Roles offered were lower level management for the commerce students, the percentage would be 10%
Infrastructure: No wifi, labs have expired chemicals, classrooms are small and have poor infrastructure, old furniture, no ventilation, the canteen is the worst no hygiene. the washrooms are not maintained properly the admin block has a poor infrastructure as well as i have seen.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, the teaching quality is also good, extra curriculum activities are not that much but sre good and relevant, the semester exam are moderately difficult, pass percentage is 37 %. The college is not industry ready.
Other: I took bcom because my family is from commerce background and so i took commerce stream in 11th grade, teachers are good in our course. Events and fest are nice as the commania society do a wonderful job.
