Best college and great crowd.

Placements: Our college provides various placement opportunities and around 70% students of B.Com got placed in big companies with roles like senior associate, assurance associate and more with package around 22-25k per month in hand. The above roles are for companies like EY, Delloite, KPMG and more while the selection process is merely depend on individual skills. Companies like OYO, Outlook magazine and many more provide various internship opportunities and almost all of us are selected for prescribed ro...

Good infrastructure, Good Faculty and Interesting projects were offered to work on.

Placements: Since our college is an evening college in our batch the placement cell acted actively to bring various corporates and organisations for placemat and good interactive sessions were held too by the individuals who came for the purpose and proper communication regarding the interviews lined and process was communicated but since it was the first batch where such step of placement started so for coming years more better opportunities can be made available to the students by bringing in more and bet...

Review of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College.

Placements: Around 50-60% of the students from our batch got placed. The average salary package offered was about 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our college were Ernst and young, KPMG, Genpact, etc. The top roles offered include audit assistant, operations associate, etc. About 20% of the students got internships in many reputed companies.

I am satisfied with faculty, good placement for the year 2019. The infrastructure can be improved.

Placements: The placement cell in our college is quite good. One of the big 4 firms, i.e., EY, visited our campus for placements. So in future, more opportunities will be provided by big 4 firms. The professional courses offered here are ACCA, CMA, CPA.

It was a great experience here and taught me how to live life.

Placements: Placements of this college are good as per UG programme. This criteria completely depends on the student's capability. Many of the students opt for higher studies in some different lines. Internship opportunities were quite neglected because of final placements.

It is an average college for average students.

Placements: Placements are average because not many companies visit the college to recruit B.Com undergraduates. But, the placement rate of the college is around 80%, and having a minimum academic score of 60% is required to be eligible for placements. I'll sit for placements when it starts for our batch, and I would also recommend my friends for the same.

The infrastructure of the college is satisfactory.

Placements: The chances of getting placed through the college are moderate as the students first have to write a written examination. They reach the next personal interview round only if they qualify in the written test. Since a lot of companies visit the campus looking for candidates, the chances of getting placed can rise a little. The internship fair that takes place before the recruitment session is open to the students of the 1st and 2nd year along with seniors. This helps the students to make their CV...

Faculty members are great, and the infrastructure is good.

Placements: Placements are limited, and only a few companies are interested in our college. But they offer very low salary packages. There is a disadvantage for courses other than commerce because they don't have the opportunity to get placed through the placement cell of the college. There is a disadvantage for the commerce students too, i.e., only a few companies offer jobs in accounts and finance departments, and most of them offered jobs in the BPO field.

Totally happy with the college, and it is a dream college.

Placements: The placement cell in our college is great, and numerous students get placed in various big MNCs. The placement rate is likewise high and most noteworthy package was offered a year ago which was around six lacs per annum. Students do get training for placements which is evident by the abilities they gain.

A small institution with big achievements.

Placements: The placements in our college are very good. There is a separate placement cell in the college to look after the placements of the students. It acts as an interface between students and the industry which helps both students as well as the industry to choose the best according to their requirements.

Overall, the college is good for conducting the extracurricular activities.

Placements: Placements for our senior batch were good. Approximately, 200 students from commerce stream got placed in the campus placements. The average salary package offered to placed students was around 3 LPA. Some big names including the EY and KPMG have been visiting the campus. Roles including operational assistant, audit assistant, etc., are offered to placed students.

If one is planning to take admission in DU, then it must go for this college.

Placements: As B.A. Geography don't have any placements but our college has a PLACEMENT CELL which looks after the placements, holds seminar timely so that students of other departments must get placed in renowned companies and secure a bright future. As this college is affiliated with University Of Delhi so one must not be worried for placements.

Best engineering college of Delhi University.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is good, but not the best. Some of the times the students of B.A. (prog) don't even know that the interviews are going on for internships and jobs. The students that got internships or jobs are mainly from B.Com streams. Mainly the students were offered management jobs. About 8 to 20 thousand rupees per month was offered to the students by these companies.

SBSEC ranked 1st in the evening colleges of Delhi University.

Placements: The placement of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College has always been very good as there are many companies come to the campus for the selection of the most appropriate students. Around 2 LPA-2.5 LPA is the average salary package and could go up to 4.5 LPA-5.5 LPA. The placement cell of the college plays a vital role and connect the students with companies.

This is the best college in the south campus of Delhi University.

Placements: Our college is the best college in south campus of Delhi University. It is good for the placement services. In 2015, our college visited 10 to 15 companies in all the sectors. But, most of the visits are focussed only on B.Com honours student. But overall it is good for the placements.

SBSEC- An evening college with growing stature.

Placements: Placement facility in the college has recently started but the college has put in lots of effort for that. Honestly, the college will not guarantee you a huge sum but yes it can definitely get you placed if you have that in you. Some big names like EY, KPMG and Urban Clap visited the campus and placed students.

Relatively satisfied with the college as infrastructure is excellent and teaching faculty is good.

Placements: This college is not so good in terms of placements, but it's indeed the best college among all the evening colleges in Delhi University. Usually, companies like EY, KTMG, etc., visit the college and offer a maximum package of up to 3.5 lakhs per annum, and a minimum package of 2.25 lakhs per annum, and the average salary offered is 2.75 lakhs per annum. Moreover, out of 100% students who participated in the placement drives, only 25% of the students get placed. The reason is lack of keen interes...

Good college for aspiring commerce students.

Placements: No placements are as such provided for this course. The course includes more of theoretical knowledge related to politics and scenario of the country. Unless accompanied by masters, it is too difficult to get a job. Same is the case with internships, college does not provide any internships. However, you can anytime get yourself a job through your own contacts in various research firms.

Best in terms of infrastructure among all DU colleges.

Placements: The placements were very good in this college and at my time, many students got selected. One of my friends got selected in AON Hewitt. AON Hewitt is a top leading MNC in consultancy, outsourcing, and reinsurance brokerage services. His starting salary is around 18-19k.

It’s a good college located in south campus. Placements are good and campus life is also fun. There are many places to visit near college for hangout. Teachers are very well qualified and teaching methodology is also great. A new building is being constructed that has bigger rooms. Most of the classes have projector as well. Nearest metro station is Malviya Nagar and one can take auto rickshaw from there to reach the college.
