A well-rounded college experience—great faculty, infrastructure and decent placements.
Placements: In psychology honors courses, placements are nil almost in any college; however for other courses, the college provides good and decent placement for sectors like IT and management. The placement cell is very active and improving. There are more than 25 companies, like Google, Chegg India, Wipro, etc., associated with the college.
Infrastructure: The college has the best library, where one can find any needed book. The labs have AC, the canteen and mess food are decent, and the classrooms are well maintained. The campus overall is spacious and beautiful and has a good sports area and equipment. Medical facilities are not provided properly; rooms are open for a few days only.
Faculty: The faculty are highly knowledgeable in their respective fields, are approachable, helpful and provide great guidance. They cover their syllabus on time; however, students are encouraged to self-study to gain a deeper understanding. The course curriculum is relevant and aligned with the syllabus for future competitive exams. Semester exams are manageable, and a significant number of questions are from past years so one can prepare easily.
Other: I chose this course because I have always had an interest in studying the human mind and behavior. This course will make you see things from different perspectives and will make you an open-minded person. Moreover, campus life is happening, societies are active and fests are good.

Absolutely satisfied in terms of the quality of education.
Placements: The placement isn't guaranteed, and the students have to look for jobs by themselves. It is not given by the college in the majority of cases. Especially in my course, there are no placement offers that I know of that any of my seniors have received. Delhi University is not that big on placements.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available are really good. Especially considering that it is a government college, the facilities provided are beyond excellent. There is a sports department, so even sports are played well by the students, and there is a facility for that too.
Faculty: The teachers are extremely helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is beyond excellent. The course curriculum is relevant, and it actually makes the students industry-ready. The professors help the students in every possible way and make sure that they are equipped with everything that they need for the exams. The semester exams are based on the material that is taught.
Other: I chose this course because I have been really drawn to it ever since I was in school. The best things about my course is that we get to interact with people from all walks of life. The one thing that I think is important and could improve in the course is the practical exposure that is given to the students. The college is not that great when it comes to fests, and the campus life is not that great because it is an off-campus college.

    Good faculty, poor placements
Placements: Batch was good also the faculty was experienced and their teaching method was always helpful. The placement is not that much in this college also, it is upto the student to do the internship and then find a suitable job for themselves, the college or the societies does not help much.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not that good of this college, but overall the college is average. The washrooms needs a lot of improvement, also they need to take care of those dogs which roam around the campus soo casually, throwing the garbage inside the dustbin here and there. No the animals are not the problem here but there is always a way to keep the things organised, this college should focus on that.
Faculty: As I said teachers for psychology course are well experienced and trained, they will clarify all your doubts, and also help a lot whenever you face any problem. They will help you before your vivas also will help you in your exams, will be always available for you whenever you need them.

One of the best du colleges.
Placements: The placement cell works efficiently, you can have many options for internships irrespective of your course. However, courses like psychology do not have many options for students but that is the case in almost all du colleges for psychology. Overall the placement cell works well.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and hostel both are nice and safe. The hostel is inside the campus itself. The gymnasium and library both have AC and are quite a spot in our college. The canteen's food is really popular and the arena in itself is nice. The Wi-Fi works well too.
Faculty: The faculty is amazing. All teachers are friendly and approachable. Especially during the covid time, teachers work hard and made every possible study material available for students. From PPT to references everything was provided by teachers at one point. Exams are also easy.

I am satisfied with this college because it provides good placements.
Placements: There are so many recruitments for our course and it's very interesting. So many fields are open for me after our graduations. In this field, you can go for forensic, clinical, counselling and research. Top roles are offered in our course. Teachers prepare us for the future and inspire us to achieve our goals.
Infrastructure: Facilities for sports and games are good. We can take any equipment from the gym and use it. College campuses have a very large playground and an amphitheatre where all the festivals and events are held very well and smoothly. They have a badminton court for us.
Faculty: Faculty are very helpful and understanding. They are always there for you whenever you want them. We have so many competitions and events that enhance our knowledge and experience for future experience. Many informative events and sessions will be held by teachers and students for extra-curricular activities.
Other: Events, fest and picnics are done very well and there are so many societies where you can show your hidden talents and enhance your hobbies in between your courses.

    Great college providing great exposure.
Placements: The placements here are not good like any other college for humanities and social science courses. However, some HR companies did come for placements in the college and 2 or 3 students even got hired, the companies were not that known or famous.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and ambience of the college is really good. The amenities are well furnished and new. The rooms are well ventilated. Library is fully air conditioned having a digital access. The ground, amphitheater and auditorium are also well maintained.
Faculty: The teachers are very friendly and approachable. They are helpful as well. The course curriculum is relevant and most of the elective courses and research papers are chosen on the basis of current trends which is really good. The semester exams are moderately difficult and the passing percentage is around 40%.
Other: Psychology Hons is one of the best and competitive courses of today and choosing this course and this college was one of the best decisions of my life. The best thing about this course is the research. I don't think there is anything that can be improved, they are providing everything which is required. Fest and events do happen but they may not be as popular and known as the other DU college fests. But the exposure is really good. The college is situated off campus but with right networking and clubs participation, you won’t feel that.
