Shaheed Sukhdev was one of the best colleges in the entire Delhi University when it comes to honing the students for a bright future and making them ready to tackle the issues they might face in the business world. We had lots of societies and events that promoted our strategizing and decision making skills.

It is a great College in terms of Academics and Career development of any student. It offers professional courses that can make you ready for the job after Graduation. It also educates students about the basics of entrepreneurship and special sessions with eminent speakers and entrepreneurs are conducted. The idea is to make students job creators rather than job seekers.

Since the students here have cracked the Entrance tests therefore, almost everyone has competitive instinct present in them. People are part of societies and always career oriented. This is the only college in DU that really works for the entrepreneurship as students are motivated for that through special lectures on entrepreneurship.

Apart from infrastructure, this college has no student union like DUSU, NSUI, ABVP or any other political group. This is the best thing as it creates an atmosphere of study and career orientation among students. That's why many of our students go for entrepreneurship and many of them notch high placement packages.

It is Fully Wi-Fi-Enabled College but it is not allowed in phones, you need to bring a laptop for it. Library is small but it has around 18,000 books and you can also find course and other books as well. The best part is there are 20 societies in the college relating to 20 different interest areas.

Course is extensive, covers wide range of subjects and no. of subjects in the entire course is relatively higher than other courses, it is a mini-MBA. Infrastructure is not good, classes have projectors and white board, most of the teachers are nice and make great efforts to make you understand the concept irrespective of your abilities.

Current building doesn't has good infrastructure as there are only 2 labs, but teachers are excellent, will help you understand every concept thoroughly. College doesn't have hostel facility, which is a negative thing for outstation students. But new building is being constructed which is supposed to be the best building of DU.

College has only 2 labs which are not sufficient for science batch, also the number of student intake in the year is not specified which may cause the issue in student - teacher ratio, placements are good only for management courses, new campus will overcome the issue of infrastructure, kronos society is a must if you are in science department.

Don't expect student union, college doesn't even take part in DU student elections, attendance up to 67% is required to sit in exams otherwise you have to give undertaking, you will not like this two days before examination, infrastructure is not good especially for science students(b.sc)

WI-Fi is not allowed in phones, you have to bring a laptop. . Teachers are good, will take extra classes if required. Library is small but you can find course as well as other books but still need to work on the quantity of books, also new structure can burn a hole in your pocket if you don't return books on time

Infrastructure is bad as far as current building is concerned, it is not up to the level of a college, cannot enjoy ground, sports in college. Placements are best in Delhi University known for this thing only, average package of 6 l.p.a., and 83% placements.

All labs have HCL computers which are very well maintained. And the faculty is also very educated and helps the student at every stage. All students are very enthusiastic towards education and work harder and there also a society for computer science students that is Kroonos.

The overall experience is very awesome. The faculty here is disciplined and clarify the doubt of every individual student. The infrastructure is decent, it worth the money because in this with less fee we get much better that what we expect. So I advise everyone to get admission there and shape your future and your personality as well.

SSCBS is an amazing place to spend your three years of college. The pedagogy of your classmates and seniors will help shape you for the future. The faculty varies from the good to the bad and the ugly but you learn to cope with each of them. The coursework is light and it gives you plenty of time to undertake various activities.

Even a lack of those will land you kick ass placements. We have one of the highest placement rates amongst undergraduate colleges. Pay varies depending on your skillset and stream. Societies form the backbone of the sscbs culture, though post the second year they are highly irrelevant. They help build character but don't add much value to your CV. The best societies for your CV are Enacts and CDC. Among cultural societies renaissance and illuminati are your best bets. The street play and music society are one of the best in the circuit.
