Normal College in Prayagraj has decent facilities and good teachers.

Placements: Around 20–25% of college students got placements from the CSE Department. The highest package is 5 LPA on campus, and the lowest package can go as low as 2–3 LPA. Companies like Pie Infocomm, Teach Mahindra, Mobilitte, and other service-based companies visit the campus. No internship opportunities are provided by the college as such.

Satisfied with the faculty but not with the placements.

Placements: The percentage of placements in our college is 20-30 percent. The highest package offered is 7 LPA the lowest or average package is 2-3 LPA. Companies which came are startup companies. There is no internship programs, companies came only for the jobs and not for internships. You have to find internships on your own.

College for getting a degree and entry to the corporate world.

College just for the sake of getting a degree!

Placements: The placements are very few in this college. Only a few students are able to make it. The crowd is not very aware of the computer science opportunities. Talking about the placements, the average package goes to about 3 lacs per annual. Pool drives occur in college, meaning all B.Tech, BCA, and MCA are allowed to sit in the placements. Other companies like Mobilitte, Tech Mahindra, PieInfocomm, i.e., come for mass recruiters.

Average Infrastructure, Small bit of Placements with Chaotic and disdainful Faculty.

Placements: Approximately 10% of the students secure placements through the college, necessitating the majority (90% of students) to look for off-campus employment opportunities. The average salary package stands between 3 to 4 LPA, with the highest at 7 LPA (though that's rare) and the lowest package at around 2 LPA, sometimes even less in some cases. The campus witnessed limited participation from renowned companies, and those that do engage often extend relatively low salary packages for roles like Jr. S...

Really bad infrastructure, dissatisfied by faculty members.

Placements: A total of 20% of students have been successfully placed in my course. The salary packages for graduates range from 2.5 lacs to 14 lacs, with an average package of 4.5 lacs. Prominent companies such as Teach Mahindra, Infosys, and PI have recruited students from my course. Only 2% of students from my college have secured internships. The most sought-after roles in my course are software engineers.

Satisfying college with think thank facilities.

Placements: Only 10% of students secured placements in our college. The maximum package offered is around 4 LPA for roles like Junior Software Engineer, design engineer, etc. Not many popular companies visit the campus, and the ones that do offer relatively low packages. There are no internships provided by the college; students need to actively seek opportunities by applying on platforms like LinkedIn.

The roles offered include junior Software Engineer, Web Developer, Design Engineer, etc. Companies like Genpact, Tech Mahindra, Pie InfoComm, InfoEdge, etc. visit the campus, though they may not be very popular.

This is a great college.

Placements: In our college, less than 50% of students are placed because of a lack of confidence. Sometimes, companies do not visit our college. The placement department does not invite companies.

Hopeful for the improvement in the areas for a better growth of students.

Placements: During the academic session of 2012-2016, around 30% of the students in our course were successful in getting the placement offers from the college campus. The organisations that were part of the placement drives were usually the mid-size and small-size firms. Some of the students went to other locations like Noida, Gurgaon and Bangalore precisely for the job search, and few of the students started preparing for the higher studies like the MBA and M.Tech. There is not much scene for the internsh...

Review of Shambhunath Group of Institution.

Placements: If you have at least 65% in academics, then you can get selected. The lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 3.8 LPA. Top recruitment companies for our college are Daffodil, Justdial, etc. It is not the very best college, but if you have talent, then you will get a job.

The infrastructure of the college is good, and faculty are average. Placements are nil.

Placements: Placements in our college are negligible. You have to try on your own to get placed. You can even apply for off-campus placement drives because a few companies participate in off-campus drives to hire CSE and IT students. You have to do your own job so that you will qualify by your own strengths.

A review about mechanical in SIET.

Placements: The placements were not much for the mechanical students. Even my seniors managed to get jobs on their own. However, the IT companies visit the campus every year and hire the good number of students. The companies like HCL, Ucertify, Daffodil Software offer the package of around 3 LPA. As the students other than IT and CS are concerned, they do not get much placement advantage and finally end up in searching a job themselves or preparing for M.Tech.

Overall, the college is average.

Placements: There were only BPOs placements for the mechanical engineering, but force motors and core branch companies are on its way till that time. Next year (2017), some core branch companies came, but I hardly know if someone got the appointment letter till date.

Placements: Various companies visit our college but most of them are from IT sector. For electrical, no core companies visit for recruitment. There are organises various seminars for the student every week Or 2-3 times in the month from the various organisation for the development of students. STUDENTS have to give there report to the faculty which will be metered in future. For the training, campus provides some courses to students like PLC, SCADA etc. If you are talking about internships in MNCs, then the ...

Placements: The campus placement here is very good and various companies like Hitech, HCL, Facebook, etc. Provide internship and on-campus placement. Various companies visit campus at the time of placements. My plan after getting a degree is to secure an on-campus placement at a good package.
