Really good infrastructure and facilities, lovely faculty, gives you opportunities to learn.
Placements: Placements from my course are actually quite low as this field is a growing field. So, you will have to work a lot for your placement. But from what I've heard, the placements for psychology are not that great here. For internships, there were some online internships which the college provided, but you will have to pay for it. And the top roles offered in this course are counselling psychologist or IO psychologist.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Sharda is actually very good. The buildings have AC and Wi-Fi available. The labs are kept clean and all the computers work very well. We have a very big central library in which there are many sections for each subject, and you will be given access to books and resources. Well, the condition of the hostel is quite good, but I will not say the same about the hostel food. Apart from that, the security is great; you will only get in with a card, so not just anyone can enter. There are many canteens, and the food from the canteens is great. There is Sharda hospital too, so the medical facilities are great. We have many grounds (for basketball, football, cricket), and the sports faculty is quite good too.
Faculty: The faculty from my course is very great. They help you when you need help and are always willing to go a step beyond to help you. They are all qualified teachers; some of them are pursuing their PhDs as well. So the teaching quality is great. The course curriculum is okay, since I'm in my Bachelors, we have more theory work for now. Aside from the main psychology subjects, you will also have yoga, English, and minor subjects. The semester exams are not very difficult, if you study. The materials provided by the teachers are enough for your semester exams. You will have to get at least a 4 CGPA to pass your exams.
Other: I chose this course because I have had problems dealing with my mental health and wanted to study how it all works. It's an interesting field. Things that could be improved about this course would surely be paid internships because in every other field you are given a stipend after your internship, but in this course, you have to pay for your internship. So, the college providing good internships at minimum cost would surely be appreciated. There is always some event going on, there are many opportunities for volunteering and networking.

All the aspects are good, but the fees seem a bit too high for the value.
Placements: About 50% of students got placed in my course. As I am in 2nd year, I am not entirely sure, but that's what I heard. The package offered in my course ranges from ₹10k to ₹1.5 Lacs or something. The recruiting companies for my course include Wipro, MSME, etc. They connect through online mode and select students. About 5% of students got internships in MSME and AICTE, as far as I know.
Infrastructure: There are many classrooms with sufficient tables for peaceful study. There is Wi-Fi available for students' convenience. There are many libraries, like the central library called Vivekananda and another in the 7th block, for students who want to study and access books. Several auditoriums host events, and many computer labs are available. Teachers use projectors for teaching. Medical facilities are good, but the pharmacy takes a long time due to rush. The food in the hostel is of bad quality, but otherwise, the hostels are clean and well-maintained. Sports and games facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and concerned about us in every way. They provide knowledge and are approachable for any issues students face. The pass requirement is 4 CGPA to advance to the next year. Exams are difficult, but it aligns with our study pattern.
Other: I chose psychology as my course because I want to understand myself better and help people around me who face trauma or confusion in life. It’s a very good, knowledgeable course. Since it focuses on behavior, I feel it will help me choose my best path. Everything in the course is good, but I wish there was more fieldwork, like research opportunities. There's a huge crowd in my college, representing diversity. Events are great, and scholarships are provided to students who perform well.

I would recommend this college it is good compare to other greater Noida college .
Placements: Placement is verg good in a year alot of companies will come with also of vacancies to recruit students for their post, they will also provide you and informative classes and session to kbow how to crack their exams or interview which will be really helpful by the university .
Infrastructure: Hostel is very decent with good infrastructure and goof facility except the food which gets alot of complain as stidebts mostly leave hostel due to food issues so I prefer to stay at out of campus as these hostel specially mandela is very expensive will cost you around 2lakh per year .
Faculty: For exams it is conducted is a very strict and clean manner to avoid any kind of disruption or objection furibg exams are conducted and structured in a eay to cmear all the topics frim the curriculum and clear all the doubts of the students, teachers are also available all the time to clear doubts .
Other: Every year they coubts 2 days fest, and for diwali there is also a 2 days fest which is very enjoyable with on day dj night and another celebrity day .

My honest opinion of my university .
Placements: I am from the B.A. political science course, and I am from the 2021 batch. We had almost 100 students in our batch, but slowly it reduced to about 80 students at the end of the course. Particularly in political science courses, you won't get any placements in any colleges, but we do get opportunities to join some companies, like MNCs, which we find very helpful for capable students.
Infrastructure: If we talk about the infrastructure of the whole university, it is good as well as bad in some facilities, like the Wi-Fi, which is not so good, but the library, classrooms, labs, etc. are large and fully air conditioned. The college maintains cleanliness and proper hygiene. The facilities in the hostel are not good because the food we get is very difficult to eat, the washrooms are not clean, and the hostel rooms are not cleaned every day. However, the sports, games, and medical facilities are good.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful; they are obviously qualified and knowledgeable too; however, like schools, we don't get all the teachers good quality teaching. However, the professors do take tests sometimes, so the students are active all the time. I find this course curriculum relevant for me because it's just a political science course that anybody can study by themselves on the Internet. The semester exams are not very difficult if we study properly; they are easy.

Q:   How successful is the placement cell in securing jobs for B.A. students at SHSS Sharda University?

A:
{Source: B.A. students & alumni}

Placement Cell Success Rate for B.A. Students

From the student reviews, here's what emerges:

* Placement Opportunities: While the placement cell secures internships for approximately 70% of students, the success rate for job placements specifically for B.A. students is unclear.
* Department-specific Placements: Other departments within Sharda University may have better placement records, such as engineering programs, which reportedly offer 100% placements.

Unfortunately, there is limited direct information on the placement cell's success rate for B.A. students. Therefore, it is challenging to provide a precise percentage. However, it appears that while the placement cell makes efforts to secure internships and placements, the outcome may vary depending on individual departments and courses.

Takeaway: For B.A. students interested in pursuing career opportunities after graduation, exploring alternative options outside of the placement cell might be necessary. Students may need to focus on building their skills and networking to increase their chances of finding employment in their chosen field.
