Frequently Asked Questions

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

The college has good infrastructure, facilities, and faculty.
Placements: Placements for senior batch were good. However, it reduced for our batch. It was due to tough competition between colleges, occurs in a reduction in the number of students opting for B.Tech. Still, the college was able to invite around 20 companies on the campus. So students got ample opportunities to sit for placements, and many students were placed from campus. This helped everyone.
Infrastructure: The college is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs were fully-equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Classrooms were well-ventilated and air-conditioned. We had sports facilities available, like cricket, basketball, table tennis, and snooker. Apart from this, we also had a gym facility as well, with very good quality equipment. Food served in the canteen was below average, and hostel rooms were also below average. As I was a day scholar, so I did not face any problem relating to the infrastructure of the college. Overall, the infrastructure of the college was good.
Faculty: The course curriculum included good industry exposure with regular industrial visits and practical projects. Teachers were qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The student to faculty ratio was around 20:1, due to less number of students in the college.
