The college provides good faculty support and infrastructure.

Placements: Overall placements of the college are okay. Around 70-80% of students get placed every year. Companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, visit the campus every year for placements. Placement cell is trying continuously to scale up the placements. Companies visiting for civil engineering department are quite less with a package of around 2-3 LPA.

If you are good enough, you can make use of this institute, its faculty and facilities.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Opportunities are available for students. I'm satisfied with the placements of this college. I have got opportunities to appear for the drives conducted by three companies. However, placements for some branches were poor during my tenure. The placements for the electronics and telecommunication department were pathetic during my tenure.

The college is the best for students interested in core engineering branches.

Placements: The college has started offering mechanical engineering course in 2012. The placements are quite moderate compared to other branches. In 2018 batch, almost 5-7 students were placed. More than 90% of the students were offered internships. As the department has a T&P cell with enthusiastic members, more than 4 companies have visited the campus for placements this year. They offered placements for 10 students. Some more campus drives are lined up till the end of the semester. Like the previous year...

Really good infrastructure and other facilities, but faculty members are a serious issue of college.

Placements: The campus placements of chemical engineering in SGGS IET, Nanded are very less. In the year 2017, only 2 students got selected as only one company visited the campus for placements. In 2018, 11 students got placed in three different companies. In the current year 2019, none of the companies is ready to conduct placement drives on our campus.

The infrastructure is good, but the college is away from cities like Pune, Nagpur, and Aurangabad.

Placements: The staff members of our branch are working hard to provide placements for students, but due to the lack of support from the placement office, our staff are finding it difficult. But the department makes sure that you get a 6-months internship which can increase your chances of getting placed.

Please do not depend upon faculty member. Some teachers are really helpful only get help from those.

Placements: About 20+ students got placed out of 60 in the year 2018 of mechanical batch. They are in some respected core companies like Grindmaster, HCl technologies, Emerson, thermax and many more. With minimum salary of 3 Lacs to max 5.7 Lacs per annum. While in last year 29 students get placed out of 45 who give interviews.

Best for instrumentation, electronics, CSE and production engineering.

Placements: There are 100% placements for instrumentation branch from big names like Reliance, Thermax and Emerson. Along with that, TCS recruits 150+ candidates every year. For mechanical, electrical, chemical, textile, production etc., the placement percent is almost 10%. For civil, there is no concept like placements.

Good college with nice campus which is hard to find in government colleges.

Placements: Training and placement cell is really trying hard for getting more and more placement. And if you are interested in B.Tech instrumentation engineering its best for this branch. In past few years department achieved 100%. Some other branches also have good placement percentage.

If you have passion about engineering then you can take admission in this college.

Placements: Placements of my senior batch I. e. 2015-16 was excellent about 80% but after that it gets declined in 2016-17 and 2017-18 batch. Average package of students was about 3.5 lac /annum. Various companies both IT and Core visited to our campus like TCS, IBM, Petrofac, Helps, johnson control. Internship provided by college is in very less number.

In short if you love Electronic and communication then you will love the college life here!

Placements: Placements are decent this year but they were better last year, One can see the placement of this branch is getting low day by day. The recruitment process is only on group discussion and aptitude, nothing branch related are asked! TCS, Infosys this are for placement.

SGGS - Slowly getting over the line.

Placements: To be honest, the placements were pretty average. There were many recruitments, but sadly in one single company, TCS. Around 70%-80% students got placed. The highest package offered was 5.2 LPA by Reliance and the lowest was 1.7 LPA by Bharat Forge. Of a few companies, some are TCS, Bharat Forge, IBM, Yodlee, GS Labs, Persistent, etc. The students were mostly given the roles in IOT, R&D, Infra Management and Cyber Security. Around 30% students opted and secured internships. I'm not sure about th...

Placements: The college placement isn't bad in Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Nanded as 56 out of 100 students are getting placed in IT company with 3.6 LPA package from electronics and telecommunication branch. The college placement is getting better and better every year. There are so many IT organisations, who are interested in hiring our college students.

Best college if you believe in yourself.

Placements: GrindMaster, HCL, TCS are some of the companies for mechanical placement. The department and faculty members are not that experienced despite of being a reputed government autonomous college. But department like CSE, electronics, instrumentation are well-equipped with experienced faculty members and 80% and more placement.

If you are in love with engineering, then you will find the great atmosphere here.

Placements: From the last two years, the placement increment is slightly better. This year, 10 out of 30 students are placed. The faculty, laboratory, department, and all these stuff are suitable for being well and genuine chemical engineer. Nearly, about 3-4 lacs per annum was the salary package. Honeywell visited this year to the campus.

Good infrastructure and good facilities.

Placements: For the first time, three companies came for campus drive, where 7 students got placed, and I hope more students will get placement through intern companies, and more companies will come at the end of the semester. Nice college, one may join it specifically for chemical engineering rather than other colleges.
