Really bad college for good students.

Placements: Due to recession in IT companies, no company has come for campus selection in our college. Small companies with a package of Rs. 10000 per month approached us. Recently BPO companies have offered their jobs but no good technical company has yet been called. The placement cell asks students if they have any family members in any big company so that that student may ask their relative to come to our college for recruitment.

If you want to study in Lucknow this is the best choice for a UPTU student.

Placements: Placement standards in SRMCEM are just average. In my stream, the average salary offered was 3.33 LPA. Out of around 110 students, 40 got placed on campus placements. Companies came for on-campus placement were TCS, Wipro, SRDT, etc. There are no good opportunities regarding internships by the college.

Ramswaroop Lucknow shouldn't be your choice

Placements: There are only small software companies. No core placements for Mechanical, Civil etc. Maximum package of 3.2 LPA and that too by TCS which goes to all colleges. TCS also conducts off-campus. So finally, there is no contribution of the college in placements. They are unable to bring core companies for campus placements. In 2014, when we were in the 7th semester, Indian Navy was there at other colleges for off-campus placements,

I joined Ramswaroop just because of its brand name, Placement record and quality education but after joining the College I found that neither they have good Placement facility nor good Faculty Members, also I experienced that Faculty members are partial with few students in terms of internal and practical marks. Faculty Members do not take any responsibility towards the students. And Departmental Faculty members have their own set of rules and regulations, which were completely against those of ...

It was not worth studying there. They take very high fee and are not able to deliver the basic things which they promised. Campus placement is quite low for PGDM course and end up with insurance companies. Placement cell is quite disappointing. Just for degree one can study here but it’s not a guarantee to have a successful career.

There is no campus life.

Placements: Only 20-30% of students are placed. Only 5-6 students got a package of more than Rs 10 LPA. The rest of the students who made it to the coding rounds got a placement of Rs 4-5 LPA. Basically, placement is poor, but you can get a decent job paying Rs 4–5 LPA regardless of which branch you belong to.

I am dissatisfied with college management and with the rules and regulations of the college.

Placements: As every college challenges for campus placement, but it is not actually happening. Last year out of 240 seniors, only a few students got selected like 10. The maximum salary package offered was 2 LPA. Placements were done only for the CS department but, and not for all. Other branches have no chances of placements. So everyone wants to join in the CS and IT branch. College was taking donation in large amount for CS and IT seats.
