Great faculty and infrastructure.

Top recruiting companies include TCS, infosys, capgemini and VMS. Roles offered are mostly system engineer and analyst. For CSE average package offered was 3.5LPA. Many students GOT internship in small companies in Nagpur during the course.

The infrastructure and facilities provided in the college are good.

Placements: The placement scenario of our college is not that praiseworthy. Right now, only TCS is playing a major role in recruitment by hiring 22 students. Our college has a placement cell, and its major focus is to provide paid internships for students. Generally, the stipend offered is Rs. 5,000-10,000 per month.

The best college to get exposure about today's world.

Placements: Placements in the college are quite good for every department. Various multinational companies recruit students from different branches of our college. Various internships are also provided by the college for students to get the best out of them. The average salary package offered last year was around 15-16 lacs per annum.

The infrastructure and facilities of the college are excellent.

Placements: Placements in our college were very good until 2016, but in the last few years, there has been a decline in the number of students getting placed in various companies. In 2017, around 40% of the students from the computer science engineering branch got placed. Companies like Value Momentum, ICEICO, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys and IBM visited the campus to offer placements. IBM isn't visiting the campus for placements from the last 2 years due to some issues with the college management. The salar...

A gem in the middle of nowhere and blessed by God Gajanan Maharaj.

Placements: I was recruited in TCS from my college. Only TCS and PSL will visit campus. TCS will recruit from 50 -100 each year. PSL about 5-10. Opportunities in campus placements is not great. You'll have to rely on these two companies only. College will give you off campus placements opportunities mostly in Amravati and Nagpur. Hence you'll have to travel there for each placement drive.

Overall, the college is above average.

Placements: Placement rate in the college is decreasing year by year. Company names which are shown on the website are not the same which are visiting the college for placements. The average salary offered was in between 1.6 LPA to 2 LPA. Mostly, non-technical roles are offered to placed students. There is the placement cell in college, but I think the members in it are not working efficiently.

The college is neither good nor bad, and it is a perfect average option.

Placements: Three years ago, the placements of this college were very good, and I mean, before I joined this college. After that, it reduced a lot. The major recruiter who visits the campus for placements is TCS. Previously, they used to recruit a lot of students by offering a salary package of 3.5-4 LPA. But now, the things are changed.

Pretty good college for engineering.

Placements: The placement in this college is not so good. Since the highest package was 9 LPA by amazon cloud which was a out campus placement. Average placement is 3.25 LPA. Company like TCS, SAP labs, akash visit, momentum india recruit from here. If you are an CSE or IT student you can get package of 5 to 6 LPA. ME student suffers because core companies are not recruiting.

There is no campus life, and there are fewer placement opportunities for the students.

Placements: Well, this year, the college T&P department did something for placements of the students. Last year, the placements were bad as only 30 students got placed in (2017), which is only 10% of total students. If I compare the placements with the other private colleges, SSGMCE is far behind them. But I think, this and upcoming years will come with a great number of students getting placed.

Impressed by infrastructure but disappointed by placements, rules and faculty.

Placements: The college had a very good placement record till 2015-16. After that the placement slided down like anything. Tcs, the company which used to recruit in bulk now recruits quite less. There are no major recruiting companies for core branches like mech, electrical etc.

Placements: For this college, the placements are good for all the branches. Here are five departments Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer, Mechanical. For the core branches and others core as well as Multinational companies will come which offers good payments.

The development in SSGMCE is decreasing.

Placements: The placement record of my batch is the lowest one. Only 40 students are placed out of 300, and this is the worst case. Earlier in the year 2016, it was 250, and in 2017 it was 150. The college is arranging campus placements, and it's like you have to pay Rs. 75,000 to that company for training and after 6 months you will get a job through tests. Only a few people are selected in TekLink, TCS. Currently, the highest package of the student is 3.5 LPA, and the lowest is 1.2 LPA.

Really good and great college, good campus, and many other good things.

Placements: The college provides many great campus placements. Every year, many students get selected in the campus and get good jobs. There are many companies like HTC, Wipro, Tata, and Mahindra offer jobs to the students and provide a great package.

Everything is fine except Placement and technical awareness should be there.

Placements: Placement in college is almost 60%. TCS is coming every year and many MNC company's are visiting. Placement cell is fare enough but not that proactive to bring more companies. They are now trying to contact alumni for campus placement but I think management should take it seriously and do something.

Spiritual environment with number one cleanliness.

Placements: TCS is the major recruiter of the college. There are many companies like Wipro, Mitsubishi, L&T, and all other companies are coming based on the market requirement. In the year, 2016, around 120 students are placed in TCS company. If you are going for the internship at the well-known company, then college provide a scholarship.
