SIES - Memorable two years.

Placements: In today's competitive world, where getting jobs are next to impossible, SIES provides a great platform to the students by offering great placement opportunities. Decent profiles are offered by good brands across all industries. Marketing and Finance placements are on an average of 6.5 lakhs, whereas HR and ops are at around 5.5-6 lakhs.

There is a lot of diversity among students. The crowd is decent. Placements are amazing for Marketing, above average for HR, and average for Operations and Finance. Vegetarian food is served in the canteen. Good internships are also provided. I will rank the college after NM Sydhnem, JB SPJain , Dalmia (only for finance students) and we school. The students should keep SEIS as an option if they don't get these colleges.

It is a decent college with good infrastructure and experienced faculty. Good quality education is imparted. Placements are good as it gives a considerable ROI. The crowd is also good. The college is very student friendly and the faculty is always ready to help. Seniors and alumni are also there to help and guide. The system of conducting a viva at the end of the semester is also encouraging.

It is one of the best colleges for management in Mumbai. The classes are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies, and presentations. The college guarantees 100% placement. It is at a distance of 2 minutes from the Harbour Line railway station by rickshaw. 'Virtualities' is the annual festival of the MBA department at SIESCOMS which is celebrated in the months of January and February. Alumni-meets and various other small events are conducted regularly.

This is a decent college for management studies. Enough exposure to internal and external events. Missing aspect is the faculty. The college has a well-equipped library. It is worth the money. The campus is small. Average placements. Decent facilities. College does a great job in overall developing a candidate. The CIS sessions of the college are very helpful. Administration process is smooth. Auditorium is not so great. College staff is helping. South Indian quota can be sometimes irritati...

SIESCOMS is decent college. To be a part of such a college feels great. The campus life is good. Extra-curricular activities take place throughout the year. The faculty members are quite good for Marketing and decent for other streams. Placements are better for Marketing, in terms of companies participating. In terms of exposure, it’s good. Eminent corporates come over to interact with students.

SIESCOMS ranks amongst the top 10 colleges in Mumbai. SIES has very good placement records in marketing with around 90% placements, with an average of rupees 5-7 lakhs per annum. The college has a great library to sit back and gain knowledge, Equipped with great facilities and infrastructure. There are few drawbacks like college doesn’t have its own sports ground. But overall, it’s a great college for people who are looking quality education within Maharashtra.

SIESCOMS is a decent college in terms of ROI. It has a good campus and infrastructure. The faculty members are good as well and also the crowd is decent. The main problem with the college is the management and it does not do proper branding and marketing of the college and hence, SIESCOMS is not much known to people. Also, it is a bit orthodox sort of college. But if you are looking for a college with low fees, then SIESCOMS is really a good college, with a decent ROI.

Good aspects are - experienced faculty members, better placement record, good companies from every sector coming for placement, excellent ROI, and good college for freshers. Bad aspects are - poor infrastructure, less industrial visits, very few events and extracurricular activities.

Positives: ROI is great. Faculty, except a few, are brilliant and supportive. Infrastructure is quite decent. Negatives: Not concerned with other curricular activities and only focuses on management events. Allows only 3 students to go to an event and their attendance is considered only if they won that event. If you get selected in any particular company through campus, then you have no choice of rejecting it, you will have to work there no matter what.

This is an average college because of its average placement record and average faculty. The ROI is good. It can be better by including a better placement team. It has good infrastructure but a poor canteen facility and food. The faculty is supportive towards the students. The college has a good location as far as commuting is concerned. Overall, an average college with better ROI than many over hyped colleges.

The college is excellent in academics, placements are decent. ROI of the college is excellent and overall environment provides a great platform to learn and excel. Good amount of market exposure and practical approach towards business. According to me, the college needs to promote itself so that the crowd gets better and have a uniform mix of all cultures. The infrastructure needs to improve, especially the classroom environment and ambience. The faculty is really friendly and approachable.

To be very honest, SIESCOMS was something which just happened to me and the variables on which I took the decision of entering the college were typical of themselves namely, quality of education, affordability, and its brand value. SIESCOMS has good professors not only to teach but also to encourage and review our performance. Not all professors can be stated as excellent. The college also encourages internal and external events which help us in knowing and improving our position with respect ...

SIES College of Management Studies is a college which boasts about the values, ethics, and ethos on which it runs, and imbibes on its students. This institute has a mix of very good faculty, with great industry experience. On the downside, the institute still lacks momentum with which it should undertake different initiatives for the overall development of the students. Except a few, the placements are above average.

The good thing about the college is that they have experienced Faculty Members and provide decent placements. Classes are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies, and presentations. An equal weightage of 50% is given to both Internal and External exams. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which can be both, planned as well as surprise in nature. The bad thing about the college is that they still believe in traditional forms of teaching. SIES-COMS is a college (2002) opened recently and has decent infrastructure. The teachers are well-informed and help students. Extra-curricular activities are highly encouraged. The college has cultural fests which act as stress busters between semesters. The canteen serves decent food and the college is in proximity to some good food joints. One hiccup of the campus is that it is common for engineering who are in MBA, B.Com, and BSc which makes the college crowd. Placements in the college have ...

It is one of the reputed colleges and has a good ranking in the field which I wanted to do the course. So I opted for this particular course and the good thing is about the faculty, they are all friendly and supporting. Ragging is not at all entertained here. The campus is a bit small but manageable enough when it comes with a reputation of the college and scoring good marks.

When it comes to making a decision for you PG education SIES can be considered as one of the nice options among the colleges in Mumbai. The college can be considered as a good in terms of ROI. The placements for marketing is fine as almost all students get placed until the end of the year. Education quality is not bad and not very good when compared to other Big B-schools.
