The infrastructure and campus surroundings are good.

Placements: Placements for the senior batch were better in terms of the companies visiting the campus as well as the average salary packages offered. Almost all the students are placed. The average salary package offered is around 6-6.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 4 LPA. Roles offered in marketing are more related to sales. Majority of the students got internships from college. There is a placement cell which is fair enough and useful in case of any assistance required by students.

Dissatisfied because of the poor placements for our batch.

Placements: Placements in our college are decent. More than 30% of the students got placed from our batch. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA. The college offers 100% internships during the course. Opportunities are high for core PGDM and MS in comparison with pharmaceutical PGDM.

Satisfied with the college as it has good ROI.

Placements: Placements for marketing specialisation are good but not that great for other specialisations. Students in finance specialisation don't get good profiles. Most of them include sales of financial services like Mutual Fund, Insurance, etc., visit the campus to hire the students. HDFC is a mass recruiter.

The college is the best if you are seeking for ROI.

Placements: The placements in the college are a decent one for marketing and finance too, but for other specialisation, the placement is not that much good. The average salary package for marketing and finance students is around 6 LPA. Most of the profiles offered in marketing are for sales, while in finance, mostly banks come for placement.

The best MBA college for having great opportunity.

Placements: We have an entirely separate department for placement activities. Two faculty members are responsible for all placement activities. Some companies already visited the campus like, Amazon, HDFC, Tata, Bajaj and many others. Some companies are on their way to come. Some students are already placed.

SIESCOMS should advance further and improve more and therefore has left me moderately satisfied.

Placements: The placements like all other management institutes are based on your potential and are purely subjective. You can expect an average package of Rs. 4.5-6 lakhs per annum. Concerning my batch, the placements have been decent with more of finance-oriented companies visiting the campus. However, it must be stated that these companies offer roles for specialisations like marketing, operations and systems as well.

Join at your own risk and not worthy.

Placements: There would be no particular order in which companies come as per the packages they offer and also the whole process is so haphazardly handled that you wouldn't know what's happening. There have been instances where it would seem that the placement committee is formed by the companies coming to college and not by the college.

Adjust your expectations not to be high, especially those who are not coming through minority quota.

Placements: The placements in the college are decent. Typical tier 2 kind of the placements. The marketing placements are better than any other specialisations. The finance specialisation folks do not expect anything other than BFSI. 6 CTC is the average in the campus. Top finance companies do not visit the campus to hire the students. Alumni connect seriously weak. The companies coming for the internship is far too less.

SIES College of Management Studies (SIESCOMS) is one of the best bet for tier2 MBA College in Navi Mumbai region which is 4 minutes away from Nerul station with a minimum fare rickshaw ride. As far as the crowd and MBA life is concerned, if you get bored interacting and enjoying MBA crowd and their festivals, you can always jump the house of engineering, commerce, science and art colleges which are all on the same campus. Campus life is chilled out and the crowd is refreshingly above average. ...

Siescoms is pretty good in terms of ROI. But I would recommend it only for freshers. The faculty is not that great except for a few external facilities. Attendance is quite strict in the first year, but after the 3rd semester you can join anywhere as a full-time employee.

SIESCOMS is ranked well among colleges in Mumbai. The college focuses on academic excellence and developing students in a holistic manner. It also has a good placement scenario with a good return on investment. SIES is a good place to get a better understanding of the corporate environment and developing your personality better to fit the corporate world.

The classes are interactive and do not pressurize the students much and the teaching faculty is not good. Infrastructure is good but the canteen is very bad. Placements are good for marketing than other streams. Campus life is also good and teachers also share a positive attitude towards the students and always try to motivate them.

The college had some very good professors like Prof. Neelkanthan, Prof Vazirani who along with concepts also taught actual industry scenarios. It has a good library. Major skill sets like excel presentations and actual industry requirements are not taken care of. Placements could have been carried out effectively with more contacts to get good companies and good packages. There is no attempt at the increase in meager packages made by the college.

Traveling is not a problem, one can get share autos from Nerul station. Den the infrastructure, SIESCOMS has a decent infrastructure, with cafeteria, canteen, a Xerox shop, labs for finance, gymnasium which has some indoor sports facilities. Since the culture of SIESCOM is conservative they don't have great infra for sports. There is just one ground where you can play football, cricket, badminton, and other sports. A small ground where you can play football and other sports. If you are a foodie,...

SIESCOMS is ranked after Welingkar if we consider colleges under Mumbai University. Average package is around rupees 6 lakhs per annum. It gives you better ROI considering the course fees. It is especially known for Marketing. The dean has great networks and he also makes use of alumni. Operations specialization was started for the 2012-14 batch with 14 students. This year there is a batch of 30 students. Placements are going quite well. Some faculty members are very good where some will disappo...

SIES is not fit to pursue Finance. But for MBA, Marketing and HR students, it is better as the respective HODs are very encouraging. The infrastructure is average. No lockers were provided to MMS students. The library is small and a limited number of books are present. Wi-fi connectivity is not good in classrooms. I would suggest you look for some other college in Mumbai.

The library is the best part in terms of the variety of books. However, recreational facilities are below par. Wi-Fi and computer lab are good. Most of the faculty is decent except a few who are appalling. Few of the faculty approach a subject with proper session plans and few are there for name sake. The average salary for marketing is around rupees 4 lakhs, however, finance and HR placements are poor. Self-learning is important as there is not much help from faculty. The student should be fo...
