For some courses at Siliguri Institute of Technology (SIT), direct admission is an option. For instance, direct admission is available for the BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) programme, which is based on the results of the MAKAUT CET (Common Entrance Test). SIT offers eight courses at UG and PG levels, including BBA, BCA, MBA, etc. The courses are offered through five colleges/ departments, namely College of Engineering & Management, College of Professional Studies, College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, College of Computer Application and SIT Diploma College. Candidates must complete Class 12 for UG courses. Graduation is necessary to apply for any of the PG course available at SIT Siliguri.
