Placements: The students of the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department of Siliguri Institute of Technology are one of the best performing students of the institute. The passed out batches of the institute are providing their services all across the country in many big tech companies like Intel, IBM, Bosch, TCS, HCL. Placements: About 50% of the students got placed. The lowest salary package offered was 2.2 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3.3 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. TCS, Deloitte, Sri Ram Finance, IBS, Zomato were the top recruiters. The top roles were offered in the IT sector. Placements: Placements are from on-campus as the placement cell helps students in getting what they deserve. Major companies like Microsoft, McAfee, Accenture, etc., visit the campus for placements. If you haven't got a job from on-campus, then you can go for off-campus as some students are going for off-campus also.

Placements: There are good placement opportunities according to your skills. The average salary package offered is 4-4.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 9-10 LPA. Various reputed companies visit the college for placements, so students get good opportunities to get placed job with good salary package.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. This college comes under Techno India Group, and this is one of the best placements providing college. The salary package offered here is around 10-12 LPA. Companies like McAfee, Byju's, etc., visited the campus for placements. In the academic year 2018, Almost 10-12 students were offered a salary package of 10 LPA or more than that. The average salary package offered here is 2-3 LPA.

Placements: We have a separate team of faculty members who look after our placement and assist us in each and every step. We have a dynamic, enthusiastic placement cell working for the benefit of the students in all the direction. The companies which have come for the placements are NTPC, TATA Motors, Durgapur Steel plant, All India Radio among many others.

Placements: If you are fluent in English and good in aptitude, you will definitely get a job from this college. Companies like TCS, L&T, Altimetric, etc., visit the campus every year for pool campus drives. Candidates also attend the drive conducted in Techno India, Kolkata in which many companies participate. This college provides many opportunities, but it depends on you to get placed. You need to have good communication skills, aptitude, and a little technical knowledge.

Placements: According to the placement cell, placements in our college are good. Many reputed companies like Intel, Intex, TCS, etc., come for placements. Many government sector companies like Indian army, etc. come for placements. About 60 students get placed.

Placements: As the placements are going on, Siliguri Institute of Technology seems to offer bright opportunities at least for the students of electronics and communication engineering, information technology, and computer science engineering. Last year and this year, some good companies have visited our campus for placements.

Placements: The placement in our college were fairly good despite the neck to neck competition all around. The percentage of students placed this year were above 50%. The highest package gone this year were 12lk per annum. Reputed companies like wipro, Accenture, intel, Byju's, TCS etc. The average package was about 5lk.

Placements: I am in the first year of my course right now. As far as I know, the placements of the college are quite good. Last year, two students got placed in Intel with a salary package of 39 LPA. This year, probably 8 to 10 students got an internship opportunity in Intel. A few days ago McAfee visited our college, and it offered the highest salary package of 10 LPA. Placements: The placements are decent as both MNCs and startups visit the campus for placements. The average salary package offered ranges from 3.5 to 4 LPA. The placement cell is efficient and takes good care of the needs of the students. They invite companies that offer interesting profiles.

Placements: Placements for the civil branch are average, but the placements are good for other departments. Placements are the best for CSE. My seniors informed me the same.

Placements: The placement of our batch was not that good though few people manage to get some placement through consultancy. The same was the situation with our senior batch. 27% percent of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered by lava internationals 4.8 lacks. Placements: My college's placement is well and good. My seniors had been placed in many MNC companies such as Bosch, Intel, Microsoft, Cisco, MCAFee, ThoughtWorks, Wipro, TCS, Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, Neotia, ITC Limited and many more. Placements: Till now the college is giving good opportunities and the highest placement. As per 2018, it is 11 Lacs per annum. This time students got placed in TCS, Waizu and other companies. The placement is growing up day by day. In the upcoming year, we aim to secure maximum placements.

Placements: For EE department, there are no specific seats. If a candidate has an availability, then he took a seat, but overall, since two years, no EE student got a placement. After all the college is good for CSE or ECE students. There is no seat for civil. The college is good, but the placement is not bright. Overall, the college is good.

Placements: Nowadays, as we all know that jobs are not guaranteed in any institution. It only depends on what skill set you possess to crack the job. So, I can say that our college brings more than 100 companies from different filled and its up to us how to crack an opportunity given to us.

Placements: The placements are on the basis of student's skills. Many reputed companies visit the college, but they recruited only a few students. The pool campusing is organised by the Techno India Salt Lake Campus. In the third year of B.Tech, you will get a chance to go Salt Lake for pool campusing. Last year, the maximum package was 12 LPA.

Placements: The placements for our batch were not that good. Only a few students got placements. The salary offered to them who got selected was not revealed to us. And, few good companies like TCS and Wipro came. They selected mostly the electrical and CSE department students of B.Tech. It is not a good placement providing college.
