Good infrastructure, good faculty, but there are some issues with the management.

Placements: The placements are quite good. Good amount of companies come to the college. The placement per company is good. But, for mechanical and production, the placement is not that good. But, for other departments, it's good, mainly for IT and CS departments.

The college is quite good. The infrastructure is attractive.

Placements: The placements are moderate in this year. Many companies are coming, but they are recruiting limited students. You can get one if you are ready to take some efforts. There are many dream companies. Many mass recruiters are also there in this campus. You can get placed easily in the mass recruiter companies.

Dissatisfied because of lack of technical focus and this college is going to be closed.

Placements: The management brings mass recruiters. The average package was 4 to 5 LPA, 10 out of 400 usually gets the package of 7 lacs per annum. The staff is poor in practical knowledge. Pune university has an old syllabus. The staff members and students are marks oriented and are not having technical skills. If they practice from the internet, Youtube, they get better. Nowadays, the management is not giving salaries to teachers. Hence teachers may leave the college very soon. It is declared that this c...

Moderately satisfied because of good faculty members and good campus environment.

Placements: The placements are good for BE students, but masters did not get opportunities. Among the total 70 to 80 students from masters, only 2 or 3 got placed from the college. Talking about my seniors, I think 8 to 10 got placed. In short postgraduate, students don't have future from this college. I am talking about my branch (ECE) as well as all masters branches.

It has good infrastructure, good quality of teaching, poor placements and public transport.

Placements: The placements for the civil branch are quite less as compared to other branches like CSE, mechanical, IT, ENTC etc. Few companies are coming regularly for campus recruitment, and offer package between 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA but select limited students. In our batch only 10 people are selected out of 30 (only 30 students were registered for placement).

Not great placement, especially for the core students. Great infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The college has a placement cell. There were 333 students in our batch. Nearly, 10 students got placement in core companies like Atlas Copco, Saint Gobain, Varroc, etc. 70 to 80% got placed in IT companies like Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. So, in total approximately, 100% of the students got placed. The average salary for core companies is around 3.5 lacs per annum. For IT companies, it is 3.15 lacs per annum. There wasn't any internship programme for our batch. None got an internship thr...

Good college to spend four years in. But the knowledge you will acquire can be zero (like me).

Placements: The placement was mostly in mass recruiter companies like Infosys, Accenture, and Cognizant, with the average package of 3-3.5 LPA. Most of the students were placed here. The placement can be considered negligible for the civil, mechanical, and production. The only handful of students have placed from these departments altogether.

College is situated on the mountain. Lively and quiet place to study. Study properly and get placed.

Placements: The placement is very good, and its supporting staff is also good. Good companies come only in the curriculum after that non-technical company hire them. But the problem is that you have to pay extra money to attend the placement drive at once for all the companies. As it has several campuses across Pune, a centralised placement takes place for all the campus, so that around 2,000 students attend the placement drive.

Good faculty and the infrastructure. The placements are average.

Placements: The placements were quite good for CSE and IT people. But, for mechanical students, it was hard to get placed. At our times, many good mechanical companies came, and the placement was good. The mass recruitment was done. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, Mahindra, Bosch, Everest, Tech Mahindra, etc., came for campus recruitment.

It is a good college as academics is considered, but cant assures placements.

Placements: There are only 5% of the placements in the year 2017-18 academic year for mechanical branches. For other branches also not more than 30%-40% placements happened. The average salary range between 2.5-3.5 Lacs. No more companies are interested in placements from college. Junior or trainee engineering is the role of students in companies for their enhancements. Not more than 20% of the students got the internship last year. The placement cell is very good and helpful, but still, companies are not i...

Absolutely satisfied with faculty, infrastructure, and campus placement scenario.

Placements: I have seen placement scenario of all colleges throughout India, but among all these colleges, I came to see that it is quite good for placement. Not all but a good percentage of students get placed in good companies with a healthy package. Good to see such thing in today’s world.

Good placements. The infrastructure is also good but can be better.

Placements: This year, the number of companies was less than last year, but in the period of recession in IT sector, the figure is a good one. As I am from the department of computer engineering, the number of opportunities are lot more. The only drawback of placements is the placement of all Sinhgad Institutes takes place centrally.

The placements are good for CSE and IT, and bad for mechanical.

Placements: The placements on the campus are average. There is the number of IT companies than the core mechanical companies. So, the maximum students get placed in the IT companies like Accenture, etc. The average salary offers between 3.5 lacs per annum. The mechanical companies like Mahindra & Mahindra do come, but only 3 to 4 students got placed.

Satisfactory performance.

Placements: A lot of good companies come to the campus. The highest package goes up to 12 LPA. There are a plethora of mass recruiters coming to the campus who recruit the students in large number. So, placement isn't a big issue for the college. A lot of start-ups and upcoming tech firms also visit to recruit; they offer lower as compared to others. But mostly, everyone gets placed.

Great campus and a fair mix of knowledge and exposure.

Placements: The placements were good. Many students got placed in IT sector with a reasonably good package. Companies like Accenture, Infosys and Cognizant did mass recruitment. Also, few got selected in core companies. The overall packages offered were fairly great.

SCOE is excellence at its best, and the return on investment is huge in SCOE.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. Many MNCs recruit the students from SCOE such as Accenture, TCS, Cognizant and other than that the most reputed companies such as NVIDIA, Oracle, Mu Sigma hire the graduates from here. So, it is the best when it comes to the IT sector. When it comes to the mechanical sector, there were huge placements.

I'm happy with my college and the knowledge I got there but I wish there were more job opportunities

Placements: For placements, campus interviews were conducted which mostly focused on IT companies like Accenture, Cognizant, and Infosys. Some students were selected in those interviews. Some students opted for off-campus biotech jobs in companies like Hi-tech Biotech, Springer Nature, Sula wines etc. Most of the people opted for higher studies.

If you are good, then the campus is good.

Placements: The placements are not that much good, but the placements for IT and computer science are very good. For other branches like electrical, electronics and mechanical there are very low placements. Some good local companies like Atlas, Copco, Mahindra, Bekaert come to college for campus and selects top-ranked students directly from respective branches. Mass recruiters like Cognizant, Infosys and Accenture take about 200-500 people of any branch. The salaries are also good, for mass recruiters, it's...

The college is great for learning.

Placements: The placements are good for IT, but only a few core recruiters are visiting the campus, and only about 5% got placed in the core. The core recruiters are TATA Technology, Sandvik, Thermax, Crompton, Atlas Copco, etc. Overall, the placement percentage is about 40%. The competition is a lot since it has centralised placements process, where about students from 7 campuses under Sinhgad institutes come for getting placed. The package is not encouraging, the average being about 4 LPA. The core compan...

The campus life and the infrastructure is worth the money.

Placements: Average placements are offered by the college. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 1.2 lakhs and the maximum salary offer is Rs. 10 lakhs. The placement was mostly in information technology and less number of core companies were provided to the core students. Some average placements were provided as well. The placements did take place up to 1.5 years and gave us a lot of opportunities to get placed in various companies. The stipends are provided from Rs. 10,000 to 20,000 depending on the company.
