Dissatisfied with some of the faculty members behaviour as well as with the placement cell.

Placements: A portion of the student population, ranging from 10 to 20%, has successfully secured placements. Among them, half are participating in a six-month internship without any charges. However, those who fail to meet the required standards will be released without compensation. Interestingly, only startup companies are recruiting, and even those who have already secured placements are applying for job roles, regardless of their interest in the position.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and very bad placement.

Placements: SIOM placed only 5% of their students. The highest package is 6 LPA; only 5 students get this. NICE is the top recruiting company. Networking and quality assurance are the top roles offered. No good company will come to this college. Very bad college for placement; no teachers or professors are good. Time and money are wasted here.

Review of Sinhgad Institute of Management.

Placements: The placement records of Sinhgad Institute of Management are very well known. One can get a good placement. Many big companies, like Infosys, Vadini Infocentre, etc., hire students based on their performance and extracurricular activities.

Our college is very good and helpful.

Placements: I got placed in FIS Global Solutions, Pune. It was a very good experience with the college offering internships to 70% of the students which were very useful for us. Roles offered were according to the specialisation and interest of the students, and they went according to it.

Good in terms of infrastructure and teaching.

Placements: The placements were disturbed due to college issues but decent number of companies arrived and for our seniors the placements were good. The avg. Package was of 3.5 Lacs. In out 60% got placed through campus. Marketing students got mostly salesman or office rolls for summer internship and for final placements rolls were according to specialisation.

The worst college for MCA. The college spoil the career.

Placements: The placements offered are poor. The placement cell is present. My fee is Rs. 1,25,000, but the campus placement offer Rs. 3,000 to 5,000 per month. The placement coordinator hasn't good terms with the company. He has no knowledge how to deal with the company. He invites the companies, but they all are small-scale companies they are offered.

Taking admission in Sinhagad Institute of management mix feelings. Dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: The placement offered in Sinhagad Institute of management Vadgaon, Pune, is centralised control. That means all the Sinhagad college students can apply for a company that includes seven other colleges. That is similar to the pool campus placements system. It increases the competition and reduces the chances of placements. Mostly, startup approaches the college for recruiting. Very few big brands visit the college for campus placements.

Partially dissatisfied because of the lack of infrastructure and other problems.

Placements: For our senior batch, the placements were quite good, i.e. about 80 percent. For our batch, less placements were done. For us, the average package was 3 lacs per annum, and the lowest package was 1.2 lacs per annum. The huge companies that visited were Colgate, Palmolive, Cybage and CP Group. Mostly, marketing students get placed easily and then finance and HR respectively. Near about 90 percent of the students got an internship. The highest and lowest stipends were 0 INR and 5000 INR.

SIOM worth it or not decide yourself.

Placements: Placements are solely dependent on students performance. It gives you a lot of opportunities to develop yourself that can help a lot during placement. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3-3.2 LPA. Marketing is good. In Overseas placement, the salary offered was 12 LPA. The top reputed companies like Airtel, Vodafone, etc., visit for recruitment. It has an advantage over other Sinhgad colleges because it has got its placement cell with tie-ups...
