There is no such thing as a placement drive for MCA in MVIT, So, the people joining MCA in MVIT don't even have hopes of getting placed.

It's not a good college, but it's okay to join for a proper greenery view.
Placements: The placement is not good because only a hundred people are placed out of 400, and the highest package is 12 Lacs, which is offered, and the least or average package is 2.5 Lacs. Only 4 to 5 IT companies come to the college, sales-based companies, and the minimum aggregate should be 80% to sit in the campus recruitment.
Infrastructure: The facilities at the college are okay because we don’t have any Wi-Fi. The labs are okay but have limited computers working. Classrooms are okay. The broken library is under construction, and it will be better because it will be a digital library, and to be frank, better than the college. The library is good now, and it will be opened in 2026, I guess. The canteen food is the worst. The non-veg food is made in only one Kadai. Medical facilities are also not available because there is no department or nearby hospital on campus. The college is only far from the main road.
Faculty: Teachers are not qualified to teach for their teaching right now. They only carry a piece of paper that they prepared a day before. If you ask any questions, they don’t answer that, and they are not so supportive according to your projects, relevant only, but it doesn’t make industry because they are not learning any new skills.
Other: I chose this course because I got this in KA exam, which is CET in Karnataka. College infrastructure can be better. The events and fests, the extracurriculars, are not up to the mark; they only had one fest till now. I’m in my last year. The campus crowd is not forward-thinking because they come from Karnataka.

The good thing about the college is its faculty members and the bad thing is its environment.
Placements: In Sir MVIT college, the minimum percentage to get selected in placements is about 75%. The highest salary package offered in our course is 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Mainly companies like Bosch, Amazon, etc., visit the college to hire students from our course. I do not know about internship.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very awesome. It is spread over 113 acres of land. Mainly our college is surrounded by plants and trees which give us very pure air. The college is out of Bengaluru city, so there is a traffic problem. I am a day scholar, so I do not stay at the college hostel.
Faculty: Our college faculty members are very knowledgeable in their respective departments. They are classified from top engineering colleges, and some are from IITs. They are always ready to help us with our academic studies or if you working on any project. Semester exams are very difficult to pass.
Other: I chose this course because I have a lot of experience in electrical and electronic things.

Good infrastructure with average faculty and big college vibes.
Placements: The website shows that placement is 100 percent but either its of previous years, and that too with the least packages, not the dream packages. So be careful. In the last year, I think the good placements were coming from off campus; the good placements inside campus were of 1 LPA and either of 2-3 LPA. So please check the real data if you're a placement-oriented person.
Infrastructure: Hostel are good. In short, you'll learn your life there only. In hostels, the wardens are not bad. You'll see the great Indian separation in hostel. Like north and south India are almost separate. And otherwise, people are like brothers in hostels.
Faculty: Faculty is good and bad, like all the colleges, if you ask them, they will elaborate, but if you get in face-to-face. You'll have degrees of exams like internals twice in a semester and lab internals, assignments viva, external, etc. But you can keep up with it.
Other: It's a good college. In the first semester, you hate this college for its facilities, but later you realize its better than some very good colleges in Bangalore.

SIR M. Visvesvaraya Institute review.
Placements: About 70% of students got placed. The highest salary package is around 15 to 20 LPA. Average salary package offered ranges from 7 LPA to 9 LPA. The minimum salary package offered varies from 3 LPA to 5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, etc., visit our campus. Data engineering, business analysis, software development, trainee engineers, data scientists, etc., are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities at Sir MVIT are comfortable and well-equipped. There are separate hostels for boys and girls, with rooms available in single, double, and triple-sharing formats. Each room has basic furniture like beds, study tables, chairs, and cupboards.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good. Teachers are certified and Ph.D holders. The teaching quality is also very good and high. The course curriculum is relevant to engineering and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are a bit difficult to write but easy to get pass.
Other: Sir MVIT provides a variety of internship opportunities across different domains, particularly in engineering, IT, and management. This college has strong industry connections.

The college crowd and campus life are really great and the facilities provided are also very good.
Placements: About 80-85% students get placed every year and the rest go for further studies. The highest package here is 50 LPA, with the lowest being 6-7 LPA and the average being 8-9 LPA. Top recruiting companies for CSE are Kickdrum, Juspay, and Pega System. Top roles offered are SDE, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is just above average, as the buildings built here are very old but the facilities that are being offered here are more than sufficient for an idol student. Talking about the hostel, everything here is very good, as we get food on time and the water is also very clean.
Faculty: The quality of teaching here is excellent and the teachers are also knowledgeable. The course being taught here is also relevant as they always update their syllabus as per VTU and talking about the curriculum, we have 8 subjects each semester and this is sufficient to make a student industry ready.

It's a good college! Satisfied with my department faculty members. Infrastructure is average.
Placements: About 75% of students got placed. The highest package offered is 35 LPA, and the average is around 6-7 LPA. The lowest offered was 4 LPA. Infosys, Wipro, Nokia, and a few others visited our college. The salary package offered by Kickdrum was 34 LPA. Our college provides two offer letters.
Infrastructure: The infra is average. It's quite old. Labs are equipped with Wi-Fi facilities and the library is provided with free books for reference. Hostels are average, the food quality isn't up to the mark. The sports club is active, and the college provides good facilities for indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful and well-qualified. They possess good knowledge but the teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is quite outdated. It's preferred to gain experience by internships. Semester exams are easy! Referring to model papers and previous year papers would do good.
Other: I chose the course because of HOD, HG Nagendra, who is well-qualified and one of the best professors. He and a few other teachers are really helpful in the department. There is a department fest in college every year, and the department has good connectivity. The labs are always open for students.
