The college has a very good atmosphere and faculty members.
Placements: A good amount of students got placed from various branches like computer science, mechanical, biotech, etc. Roles like a research assistant and quality control were offered to the students. Top companies like Syngene, Biocon, Accenture and Cognizant had visited here. Placements were very good even in other courses like MBA.
Infrastructure: Library, labs and sports facilities were good, but the infrastructure could have been improved. Facilities for extra curriculum are good and very accessible. Many engineering courses are available here. Apart from engineering, management courses are also available.
Faculty: Teachers here were efficient and well-qualified in teaching and conveying the concepts. Teaching quality is great, and most of the teachers are very helpful and encouraging. Students are ready for the industry with the experience they gained.
Other: I have chosen this course at this college because of faculty members.

Placements in our college are above average, but most of the students get placed in IT companies.
Placements: The placements for Biotech branch were above average. 40 out of every 50 students got placed in the last few years. The average package offered ranges between 2-3 LPA. Companies like SynGen visit the campus to offer placements. Internships need to be arranged by the students themselves.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Sports ground is available for all the students to enhance their sports skills. Classrooms are reasonably spacious, and there will be no problem while attending different classes. A library is available on the campus. Students can issue a book for seven days. Hostels are good, and they have a cheerful ambience.
Faculty: All the teachers are well-qualified. They know their jobs very well. The teaching quality of most of the teachers is meeting the students' expectations. Industry exposure is a vital part of the curriculum for senior students as they visit research institutes in Bengaluru frequently.
Other: Both the department level and the college level events are organised. Campus surroundings are good. You can enjoy the greenery and the environment on the campus.

Short information about the college.
Placements: We have good placements in biotechnology in the core and non-core industries. Students don't have to worry if they have CGPA above 7. The students should have a clear concept about each topic. The placements will be based on their knowledge and their personal experience.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi in the college is fully accessed. We have projector attached classrooms, separate library apart from the main library, well-maintained labs with high-tech instruments like UV transilluminator, etc. The college also has airy classrooms with proper ventilation and first aid in case of emergency.
Faculty: All faculty members of the college are experienced with a minimum experience of 10 years. Some are PhD holders, and some are doing their PhD. They are student friendly faculty and has separate logs for each student. VTU prescribes the course followed in the college. The faculty can complete the entire syllabus on time.
Other: Periodic guest lecture, talks, and workshops are being held apart from research and investigation in the college.

Good infrastructure and teaching facility.
Placements: The placement was okay in my college but the placement cell offered a grooming session to the students before appearing in the final placements. Approximately 80% students were placed. The highest salary package for an engineer was 8.5 lakh but the average salary was 3.5 lakh. IT companies like Accenture, TCS and Infosys visited our campus. Apart from them, Mu Sigma, Amazon, Mindtree also visited our campus. Most of the students got associate software engineer position as a fresher. In between the summer or winter break, students have done their internships or training from various reputed companies like Dell, Samsung etc.
Infrastructure: The labs were nice with good facilities provided. The library is really big with lots of books as per the course which can be issued for as long as you want. The campus consists of a medical clinic, indoor and outdoor game spaces such as table tennis, football, cricket, long tennis, badminton, carom etc. Classrooms have enough space. The canteen is fine.
Faculty: Faculty members are really helpful and knowledgeable. They teach with thorough interest. Notes provided by them are worth it by exam point of view. Classroom instruction method is used for teaching purposes. Students get involved during the class. Most of the time, there are multiple industrial visits conducted by the college to expose the students to the corporate life.

It depends on what your CET or ComedK rank is, not entirely on your board marks. There is a weightage given to your board marks only in CET not ComedK.
