SIR MVIT Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Yelahanaka, Bangalore

Placements: Sir MVIT is famous for its placements. But only for computer science, EC and IS branch. It has a low percentage of placement when it comes to ME, civil, and electrical. The highest package is around 7-12 LPA, and the average is around 2.5-3.5 LPA. The companies like Accenture, TCS, Mindtree, Wipro and some new companies come every year. The students are not getting the internship from the college.

Placements: The placements for the students of information science and computer science branch are quite good. Many companies recruit students throughout the year, and most of the students get an average package of around 4 LPA. Two companies namely Accenture, Wipro are the mass recruiters. A good knowledge of the programming languages and good communication skills can help students to grab a package worth it.

Placements: The placement is pretty good with the highest package of 16 lakhs and the lowest of 3.5 lakhs. The percentage of placement is also considerably good with almost 90% students placed. Many good companies like Amazon and TCS visit our college for placement. As far as internships are concerned, there are not many internships available in our college.

Placements: CSE, ISE, ECE and TCE departments get the highest placements in the college. Mechanical, industrial, electrical and civil departments have fewer placements as core companies of these streams tend to visit less often. College is known for high placements in IT and CS sectors.

Placements: To be frank, if one wishes to join sir MVIT, I would suggest him not to join it if he is looking for a college with placements in core company. The college has only one core company which selects only 5-10 students and rest of students have to try for it. Companies offer them a package of 2-3 lakhs per annum which is not satisfactory for us to meet our own needs.

Placements: I got placed in TCS and Accenture. Many companies used to visit our college campus. The placement officer is also good. Many big companies came during placements like Amazon, Accenture, TCS, Robert Bosch, Samsung, HP, Sprinkler, etc. The placement is around 98%. But it lacks core companies visit during placements.

Placements: I am pursuing my 4th year, and the placements for my batch will be starting shortly from the next month. Our senior batches have always had good placements record. Many companies visit our college every year and conduct the placement drives. MVIT is known for its CS and IS branches since most of the companies that to the campus are software companies. Placements: A lot of companies visit our college offering 5-6 lacs compensation package. Many students are placed. Placement is 100% for computer science and information science. The highest CTC was around 14 lacs last year. The average salary offered was around 4 lacs. The placement scenario is very good in our college.

Placements: The placement was okay in my college but the placement cell offered a grooming session to the students before appearing in the final placements. Approximately 80% students were placed. The highest salary package for an engineer was 8.5 lakh but the average salary was 3.5 lakh. IT companies like Accenture, TCS and Infosys visited our campus. Placements: Talking about the placements of the college, our college is one of the top 10 colleges in Bangalore. You can be assured to get placed in any of the company. Though there are very few core companies that come, there are IT companies that come and recruit many students.

Placements: Placements in this college are very good. Almost all get placed. Yet, civil engineers often get a core job. You may get placement in a tech company. The average package is 3 lakh. The highest package in mechanical engineering last year was 24 lakh. If you learn a lot of coding, you will get an easy and good job in a tech company. Companies like Amazon and L&T too come to the college.

Placements: I understand how crucial placements are. One of the very important reasons why people get into Sir M.VIT is the wide range of companies that visit the campus. For CS, IS and EC, the placements are almost nearing 100%. S.R. Khan, the placement officer is one of the finest brains of M.VIT upon whom you can keep trust. Placements: Placements have reduced considerably for MCA and the packages offered are very low. The companies that visited the campus for the current batch were TCS, Accenture, and Globalsoft. Only a few students have got internships and the average salary offered is Rs. 20,000.

Placements: Placements are one thing that every parent and student look forward while getting into any college. In our college, about 80% of the students get placed every year. The last batch 2016 recorded a placement percentage of 86%. The highest package was 12 lakhs and the average was 6 lakhs p.a. Companies like Accenture, Robert Bosch, L&T, Caterpillar etc. recruited the students. The roles varied from management to technical sides.

Placements: This college is mainly famous because of its placements. Almost all of the students have been placed. Many of them have more than 2 job offers. The placement officers of this college are very famous among the students as they interact with each and every student personally.

Placements: CSE/ISE branch has almost 100 percent placements. From other branches, a few students get selected to core companies while others to mass recruiters and rest remain unplaced. The students from civil and biotech struggle during the placements as only a few good students manage to get placed from the above two branches. Amazon offers the highest package among all the companies that visit including TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, Mu Sigma, etc.

Placements: The placements for my senior batch was quite good. Almost 96% (630) students got placed in 2016 batch. This year, the placement was not so good due to the market slowdown. Around 50 companies visited my college and the college ranks 5th in Bangalore in terms of placement. The roles depend on the companies. Companies offering high salary package provide good positions and those offering low salaries provide mainly tech support. The highest package was offered by Amazon (13 lacs) in 2016 batch.

Placements: Placements are marvellous. It has one of the best placement officers in the Bangalore. 100% students are placed. The highest placement goes to 16 lakhs/annum, lowest is 2.7 lakh/annum and that is really in the worst case. The average salary is 5 lakhs for CS. The placements of my seniors' batch have been really good, with about 40 to 50 companies visiting our college for the campus placements and package going as high as about 22 lakhs per annum. Placements: During my batch, the placements were quite good. More than 80% student were holding at least 2 offers. Many companies with big offers also came like Amazon, Sprinkler, SAP, Dell, UHG and many more. Mass recruiting companies also came like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Mind tree, CSC, etc. Some companies were promised but didn't come. Placements could be better if we had more practical knowledge.
