Placements: The college's placement scenario in 2023 was notably low, with only four companies conducting on-campus hiring, offering an average salary of $15,000. JSW and Praz emerged as the top hiring companies, with most students securing jobs through off-campus drives. The primary role offered was that of a maintenance engineer. The college's Training and Placement (T&P) cell needs to comprehend the mental stress faced by students due to the job scarcity.
Placements: Around 20% of students got placed in our course. Around 2-3 companies visit our college to recruit students. The average salary package offered is 3.60 LPA. Around 2-3, students got placed off campus. The highest salary package offered is 7.20 LPA. Almost 60% of students got internships. Top roles offered are developer and software tester.
Placements: According to my college records, more than 50% were placed in 2023. The highest package offered was 7 LPA; the average package was 4.5 LPA; and the lowest was 3.2 LPA. The top retailers are Infosys, TCS, WNS, and L&T. Around 47 students did internships at the college, which were provided by Shivandu Infotech. The roles offered are data analysts.
Placements: College gives very rare opportunities for placements to our batchmates. Only 2 or 3 average companies come into college, and they have only a 1.5 LPA salary package for students after placements. Students can try off-campus drives.
Placements: The placements are not much good. We have to go for off-campus placements. We need to work on our own for placements. Some faculty members are good and can help us and provide better guidance. But no placement assistance is provided like in other colleges in the same district. One will regret joining here if they are looking for placements.
Placements: From my batch, 8-10 students were placed in different companies. For Mechanical, the highest Package offered - 5 LPA (IT Company) the lowest Package offered - 3.2 LPA (JSW) Top Recruiting companies were: 1) JSW (Jindal Saw Limited Nashik) 2) KSB Pumps Pune 3) Technoforge (visits every year) 4) Technoforce 5) Praz Industries 6) Some IT Companies also visit for hiring mechanical engineers. 7) Other small scale agricultural and pharmeceutical having MOU with SVIT also visit. As such, for our batc...
Placements: I think only 30 - 40 percent students were placed in the passing year and the highest package was 3.1 lakhs and most of them were started from 1.5 to 2 lakhs. Most of my batchmates were unemployed and only few hardly 4-5 choose internship where our seniors were working.
Placements: I am mechanical engineering student. When we have passed our engineering the placement was average but now this year the placement is very good. I heard that there are 80-90 student already placed this year from mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering branch.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Various companies visit our campus for placements. In our batch, there are 120 students, and out of which, many students got good job opportunities. Currently, they are working in a good position as well as in good companies. Students get placed in companies like Cipla, Mylan, Varroc Engineering Ltd, Technoforce, etc.
Placements: About 2% to 3% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month, while the lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. There were no top recruiting companies for our college. The top role offered in our course was a technical support engineer. The highest salary package offered in our course is 2.5 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. Internships were not provided here.
Placements: Around 60-80% of the students get placed as design engineer production engineer, etc. In previous years, the highest salary package offered was 3.7 LPA. Students get placed in companies like Lupin, Mylan, Cipla, etc. Every month many students are allowed to do an internship and for the simulation training programme in companies like RCF (Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizer).
Placements: About 85% of the students from our course got placed. Some students got the highest salary package of 6 LPA, while some students got a salary package of 3.6 LPA. Some students got placed in telecom sector companies like Tata Communications Ltd and in IT sector companies like Wipro, Infosys, and other companies like Sun Pharma, BEL, Mahindra and Mahindra, etc.
Placements: I completed my mechanical engineering from Sir Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology. About 50% of students got first class distinction score in their academics, but college does not take any care of them. College does not invite any company for placements. College does not take any action for placements.
Placements: Companies visit the campus for placements, but they are not many as that of other colleges. This year, Konark and two more companies visited the campus. Around 6-7 students were placed. Even the companies from non-technical fields visit the college, and it is completely the students' choice to apply for placements.
Placements: The placements in our college are good. Mid-scale and small-scale companies visit the campus but not on a regular basis. Mostly, pool campus placement drives are organised in SVIT. Some MNCs like TCS and Persistent also visit SVIT to offer placements. The placement officer is very kind and helpful to students. Overall, the placements are good.
Placements: In our batch about 10 students got placed via campus interview with the highest salary of about 4 LPA and average 2.8 LPA. Also about 20 percent students got internship (combine of all the branches). Overall not that much good placement records but yes they must provide at least 1 or 2 campus every year for current BE batch. Also tpo sir are very supportive and calm in nature.
Placements: Placements are quite good for Computer and Mechanical Department. Training and Placement department are very attractive regarding Job and also conducting Seminar. Training and Placements Centre Facebook page was really helping students to get updates regarding Jobs.
Placements: During my seniors batch, the placements were average. The college put efforts at that time. During my batch, no companies visited our college for placements. There is the worst experience. We have to be self-dependent for our placements. The college doesn't own the reputation, why would companies even think about coming.
Placements: The college provides Nice placements. And more than two placement trainings are provided. Tech Mahindra, Wipro visit the campus drives while Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys and many more companies will come every year for the placement drives. One of the best placement drives among the colleges in India. Most of the students get placed in the multinational companies. All the students are glad about such placements.
Placements: Placements for electrical and mechanical guys are decent. Almost 80% students got placed in reputed companies like Tata & Reliance. Highest salary offered was 4 LPA, and lowest was 2.5 LPA. Most of the students get placed as production engineers and quality control officers.
