I am satisfied with placements, college life, and also with the campus.

Placements: None of the students got an internship from college. The college has a central placement cell, which provides only final placements. The highest salary package offered for our senior batch was 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, etc., visited our campus for placements.

Review of SIT - Sinhgad Institute of Technology.

Placements: It provides a good placement for IT and Digital students with top MNCs visiting our college. They have collaboration with top MNCs in Pune. They believe in 100% placement. Mechanical companies hardly visit here, but Mahindra and Mahindra is an all-time favourite of Sinhgad group.

Faculty members are not that good but you will live best four years of your life in SIT, Lonavla.

Placements: The placements are average like any other good colleges in Maharashtra. Every year around 65% of the batch gets placed. Most of the students get jobs in IT firms. The average salary is around 3.5 - 4 LPA. The placements in core branches are really very bad. I was in mechanical still I got placed in IT firm. The college has the location advantage. It is in Lonavla which is not far from the cities like Mumbai and Pune. Many small and mid IT companies from these two cities visit campus for placemen...

The infrastructure is good.

Placements: If you have a good academic score, then you will surely get a job from college. Around 60% of the students were placed last year. The placement drives are still going on now, and a lot of students got placed this year. I suggest you do well in academics to get placed.

This is good college for the students to learn well.

Placements: Placements in Sinhgad are good, but since a lot of students who have completed their engineering courses participate in off-campus drives, it's a bit difficult for students to get placed through off-campus drives. I suggest you take admission in Sinhgad Institute of Technology, Lonavala to increase your chances to get placed in a reputed company.

One can have a great future with the help of Sinhgad Institutes.

Placements: Almost 75% of the students from our batch and the senior batch has been placed in more than 10 companies. Companies such as Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, etc., and also some core companies such as Vodafone, Bosch, etc., visited the campus and successfully placed the students. A lot of companies also visit the campus at the end of the year for placements.

The campus and infrastructure are good. The weather is cold and it's awesome in the rainy season.

Placements: Placements in our college are really good. Around 80% of the students got placed in different companies such as Mu Sigma, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture etc. The highest package offered is 12 lacs per annum, and the lowest package is around 1.5 lacs per annum. Around 50% of the students got internships from our college. PPOs are offered after the internship. So, it's really useful for students.

Dissatisfied with the faculty members and the course offered. The campus is good.

Placements: The college provided quite good placement opportunities for our batch. Only 20% of the students of our senior batch got placed. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was around 15 LPA. Only one student has bagged the highest salary package. The college doesn't have a placement cell. Internships are poor. Mostly, IT companies visited the campus, and a few business and marketing companies have also visited.

Review of SIT - Sinhgad Institute of Technology.

Placements: This year, the placements were good as in the previous year. The highest placements are achieved by the computer science department as many students have got placed. Placements for the mechanical branch were good as in the previous year. Companies also visited the college for the mechanical branch this year, whereas, in the previous years, most of the companies visited for IT and CSE departments.

The campus has the best infrastructure, and it is overwhelming.

Placements: The placement scenario in our college is not good. None of the core mechanical companies visits the campus for placements. Even if a core company visits the campus, it recruits only a few students. Placements are not conducted for Lonavla campus students separately, there are centralised placements. So, you need to visit Vadgaon campus every time to attend the campus placements.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty members as they don't support non-local students.

Placements: Placements in our college are good but not the best as only IT companies visit our college to recruit students, and no core companies visit the campus for mechanical and electrical students. Only the students of IT and CSE branches get placed.

It is an average college for those who have got average scores and still want to do engineering.

Placements: Placements of the batch were good for the IT field. There are no vast placement options for all the branches. Those who wish to work in IT firms will get a good job irrespective of the branch they are studying in. The only thing is you have to crack the interview. In my batch (2017), around 30% of students were placed because the rest of the students are from other branches or they have different plans. The highest salary package offered was 3.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.2...

The college life is not really awesome.

Placements: Overall, the placements for our senior batch were good, but the salary packages offered were a little lower than expected. The university has achieved a 98% placements record in the recent placement season. But, call letters are not provided to the candidates yet. The salary packages offered were sparse.

If you want to learn about survival, then you should go there.

Placements: The placement rate was very high during our tenure. Our placement officer was very supportive. More than half of the students were placed in various companies. Roles of software development, testing, and marketing were offered to students. The average salary package offered was around 3.50 LPA.

Sinhgad Institute gives you complete exposure.

Placements: Placements in our college are pretty decent. Around 75% of the students have been placed till now (1st semester). The average package offered is 3.5 LPA. Good MNCs have visited the college. The placement cell is good as it informs us about all the on-campus and off-campus drives. Many students got placed in companies located in Pune.

A good college for active students who really want to study. Faculty are good.

Placements: This year, our college has the highest placement record among the colleges in Maharashtra. More than 80% of the students were offered a salary package of more than 4 LPA, and the placement drives are continuing. The companies like Infosys, Accenture, and Cognizant are the mass recruiters of this college. So, I can say that the placement opportunities provided by the college are good enough for the active students to get placed.
