My overall experience at SJBIT has been good.
Placements: Placements during the year 2023 were very difficult due to the recession. However, SJBIT was able to bring in many good companies like Mercedes Benz, Brillio, Streebo, Verifone, and many more. The highest package was around 10.34 LPA from IG Infotech and Benz as well.
Infrastructure: I can say that no other college has better infrastructure when compared to SJBIT. This college is known for its ambience and greenery, and many facilities are also available. There are good and spacious classrooms along with sports and games facilities.
Faculty: I feel that SJBIT can recruit more good and well-educated teachers. We can rate them a 3.5 out of 5. The pass percentage at SJBIT is around 80 to 85 every year, and it is easy to pass semester exams as well. Teachers provide notes and PPTs after each topic is covered.

I highly recommend this college for everyone.
Placements: The information that I have to provide for my batch and my course is that 60% of the students were placed in our course and the overall average package was 5 lacs per annum. Also, there were many top companies that recruited for our course and there are also top roles that have been offered in our courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course and hostel is very good, as are the different facilities that are available in our course. The departments have very fast Wi-Fi and a very good lab, the classrooms are clean and the library that has been provided in our college is too good.
Faculty: The curriculum and the exams for our courses are arranged in a very good manner and the teachers in our college are very well qualified and knowledgeable, which helps the students improve their skills and also maintain good marks in their academics.
Other: And also, the other information that I would like to share is that I am very interested in electronics and communication, so I chose this course.

Waste of money. Reason of killing the dream of life.
Placements: I am a recent graduate from SJB Institute of Technology, in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I would like to say that if anyone is looking for good placement, don't select that college. In our batch, a total of 30% of students got placed this year, and till now, 20% of students got placed. The placement cell is not that supportive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the only thing that attracts students towards the college. Labs, classrooms, and the campus are good, neat, and clean. Good environment for study. The only thing is they are giving more importance to the infrastructure and educational institutional tags, not on the placement, whereas placement is the only thing for what students are paying huge amounts of fees to the institution.
Faculty: Teachers are good; few of them are really very supportive. The college provides the resources to complete any project work. Exams are not that difficult. If anyone follows the classes regularly, then the papers will be very easy for them. Otherwise, they have to suffer.
Other: For our batch, there were not any fests. Whatever cultural fest we had, that was because we begged again and again to the authority.

A 10 on 10 because of the good teaching staff and the beautiful campus.
Placements: About 80% of the students get placed in our college (from the CSE branch). The highest package was 26 LPA, and the lowest was 4 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys, Walmart, Justdial, and Wipro. Many companies that are top recruiters provide internships for 70% of the students. As I am in the 1st year, I don't have much idea about the roles offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the library, hostel, and also in the labs. You get to see the best infrastructure on our campus, and the campus is full of greenery. The hostels are very clean, and they provide hygienic food. As the BGS Hospital is nearby, it's very beneficial for students in case of any emergency, and they even provide consultations for our college students at the hospital. Our college encourages sports, and they conduct inter-college sports competitions.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and they have very good knowledge and a strong hold on the subject, as they have completed their Masters and most of them are Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum is fantastic. They plan everything properly and follow a proper curriculum. As I'm in the first batch of autonomous exams, they are a bit tougher than the VTU exams, but the teaching standards are also high. The pass percentage is 96.
Other: We are the first batch of the autonomous curriculum. The CSE branch is very useful and vast. They conduct BGS Utsav every year for 2 days, and the branch fest also takes place every year. They encourage us to apply for scholarships.

Great college with best faculty .
Placements: Our college provides the best placement opportunities for students, and they are more relevant and almost all are Salem companies. We also get job opportunities from core companies, especially our branch, which has fewer opportunities in companies compared to others.
Infrastructure: The hostels here are very clean and well maintained; the food here is tasty as well as very healthy; the sanitary facilities are also well maintained; and the wardens here are well disciplined and friendly. There are also no issues with any of the things in this hostel .
Faculty: The faculty here are well educated and almost all are double degree holders and Ph.D. holders. They have been working here for almost 15 to 20 years and are well versed, experienced and good teachers. Coming to exams, we have to give our best from our side to achieve our goals .

Placements: A remarkable 95% of students from the Information Science branch secured placements. The college environment provides valuable exposure to the real world, aiding students in navigating it effectively.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is commendable, featuring well-maintained facilities, a reliable Wi-Fi connection, and equipped labs. Classrooms are equipped with Apple TV, facilitating the teaching-learning process. The college library houses all the necessary books for engineering students.
Faculty: The teachers are exceptionally helpful, well-qualified, and foster a friendly environment. The teaching quality is satisfying, and the course curriculum is relevant, preparing students for the industry. The semester difficulty is moderate.
Other: Information science engineering offers a promising future with ample opportunities. This course allows you to pursue a passion for programming. Varchasva is the annual festival of the college.
