Placements: The placements in this college are good with the average range around 4 to 4.5. Many companies visit the college and they require average aggregate for you to participate in the placement drive. I was an average student and got 3 offers. The companies that visit are TCS, Capgemeni, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Cigital, Mindtree, Broadcom, Indian Navy and many more.
Placements: I didn't get placed because I didn't have the cut off marks. The college provides good placements. Many good MNCs visited the campus and hired my friends. When I go for interviews, SJBIT mentioned in my resume helped me a lot. Companies know about this college, and they will give you extra credits if you are from SJBIT.
Placements: Placements in college were good when compared to other colleges. Very good companies visited the campus and hired a handful of students for their companies. Around 50% of students got placed in different companies which visited our college. Companies like TCS, Wipro, CGI, Capgemini, Mindtree, Indian Army, etc., visited our college for placements. Roles like a developer, front end developer, backend developer, IOS developer, Android developer, web developer, software engineering, were offered. Th...
Placements: Placements in our college are one of the best in Bangalore. 23% of the students got placed in 1 and a half month, this year. The college has seen a placement record of 95%+ in the previous years. The highest placement percentage of the college is 99.8%. The packages offered range from 1.5 LPA to 12 LPA with the average package being 3-4 LPA. About 70 companies visit the campus, and they offer different roles like associate computer engineer, web developer, associate software developer, etc. 5-10...
Placements: The college has a very good placement cell. The college provides training to the students from their first year only, to prepare them to face the interviews. We have been trained for 3 years to attend placement drives. I have learnt a lot how to build my career according to the corporate companies. Students are taught aptitude, logical reasoning, critical analysis, and real-time problem-solving techniques. It was a great experience studying in SJBIT.
Placements: Placements were decent. It wasn't as good as last time though. The institution was known for placements since years for ensuring 100% placement constantly. But this year was a bummer. A lot of my classmates struggled to find a job due to insufficient opportunities.
Placements: The placements are good for other branches than civil and mechanical, and if you are in civil or mechanical, you will get placed in marketing companies that too 1 out of 120 people. If you are hoping for a core job, then you need to try on your own. Overall, the placements are average on the campus.
Placements: In our college there is a special training for the placements which is HRD. Basically mechanical students are not placed well, CS IS, EC and EEE students get more opportunities in placements. Even civil students get less placements but it's better than the mechanical students. In this year companies entering the college has been increased my seniors are well placed.
Placements: Overall placement of the college is good. Mechanical core companies are often less, but other branches like CSE ECE EEE ISE, the placements are good as most of them will be placed. Other branches core companies are high and also we get lots of pool campus interviews which mostly are held in our college.
Placements: You will be placed in core companies only if you have scored above 65%. It's not only happens here, it is the minimum qualifications seeked by almost every recruiters. But you will be placed for sure if you scores 60% overall. And it's not a big deal. The main highlight regarding the placements is the HRD department. The college is conducting HRD classes for every semester except 8 SEM. It is the best way for personal development. The training given here is maintained very higher standards and g...
Placements: The placements are very good on our campus because they are training students from the first which was done by one of the departments called human resources and development (HRD). So that every student have 80% chance to get a job, and they are giving aptitude coaching to improve our technical skills. They are also giving personality development skills.
Placements: The placement in our college for the civil core branches is zero, and not even a single company you can find, but if you are good at communication skill and interested in IT jobs and real estate jobs join in our college. The highest salary according to my knowledge was 4 LPA, and that too from the CS branch.
Placements: The placements are good for CS, IS and ECE branches, but it is almost zero for the civil and mechanical branches. For CS and IS, the placements are almost 100%. Most of the companies that visit our college are service-based, and only a few product based companies visit the campus. Most of the companies provide a package of Rs. 3-4 Lacs per annum. The college placement has been decreasing from the last few years.
Placements: Placements are not good for the mechanical engineering students, but the placements here are taking place more for the computer science students. I think it will increase for the mechanical students also in the next few years. Also, extra knowledge is required to pass the interview.
Placements: Computer Science, information science, electronic engineering, electrical engineering have good placement. In mechanical engineering, a very few students are placed. Here, civil engineering students are placed more than the mechanical engineering students when compared.
Placements: Very few mechanical engineers are placed. The computer science and information science are the most placed. Electronics and electrical are also placed well. The civil students are placed more when compared to the mechanical engineering students. MBA students are also placed well.
Placements: The placements are good in the college. Almost, all the seniors got placed in the good companies. The placements for our batch students were good, and almost all the students got the placements. The highest package was 5 LPA, the lowest was 2.8 LPA, and the average was 3.3 LPA. The companies like Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, LTI, etc., visited the campus.
Placements: The department of HRD at SJBIT has an active placement cell, which caters to the placement and training of the engineering students. Many companies visit the campus to recruit students. The facilities provided for campus drives are good. The HRD block can accommodate over 1500 students at a time.
Placements: The placements for my batch were good, i.e., almost all the students got placed in the good companies whose percentage was more than 60%. But, there is a struggle for the students less percentage. Almost 50 companies visit for the placement during course session and 20 after completion of the course.
Placements: Placements are average for my department in my batch, around 60% till now. For my senior batch, it was around 90% in CSE. The average salary is around 3.2LPA, while the minimum is around 2.6LPA and the maximum is around 6.0LPA but the number of students getting package more than 4.5LPA is very low, around 5-8. Companies visiting the campus are Atos, Wipro, Capgemini, Mindtree, Global Edge, First American, Indian Navy, TCS, Accolite etc. Percentage of students getting internships is very very low...
