The Good: Care about their students’ safety, academic success and how everything impacts the students during their stay. Good placement as well. If you have the skills you can shine here. The Bad: Tough Grading, Needless rules. Arrogant attitude, unsupportive.

Good for good bad for bad, Atmosphere will be good but we need to prepare our self , life style will get poor , u may not be shining , the culture of the college will be far from now , hostage for residential students will be really good and food as it's a Telugu minority college I give 100 marks to the food and library gym And if u r a sports addict u can have a really good play ground

College hosts three fests and there is a choice of clubs & activities for all round development. Attendance is strict. Academically, if you manage your time well, you can do well. Teachers are good but not great. Students are extremely friendly. There are many places to relax. Films are screened occasionally in the auditorium. Being a centrally funded institute, college fees is lower than all comparable institutes. Almost all big companies come here for campus placements.

It's not a better college.

Placements: The education is not much better. The college surrounding is average, and they offer no placements. I think lots of better colleges are in Chennai compared to SKR Engineering College, but the staffs are very kind and supportive persons, so overall, an okay college.

I suggest others better to choose another college.

Placements: Only top scorers get placements, and remaining students should take courses after that. The highest salary offered is Rs. 18,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 14,000 per month. Our college offers courses like ECE, CSC, mechanical and EEE. I think fresher and employee roles are offered.
