Infrastructure is good and satisfied. Faculty is not good. Placements are not up to the mark.

Placements: Most of the students get placed every year, but the package will not be as expected only service-based companies visit for the recruitment. The count of number of students being placed is decreasing year by year. Only some of the big companies like Wipro, Infosys and Accenture visit for the recruitment. Other famous companies like TCS, Amazon, Google, etc. do not visit the college for the recruitment. So, the students who have dreamed of getting a job in big and product based companies are advic...

SNIST-A college with good placements, good infrastructure & good faculty

Placements: This is the main feature of our college. Everyone will be placed if he/she has minimum 75% in academics and good communication skills. Almost 3000-4000 students are placed in a year. The highest salary offered was 14 lakhs and the average package was 4 lakhs. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Genpact, etc. come to our college. There is no internship provided by the college.

I think it must be a little strict for some rogue students who spoil the college

Placements: We had pretty decent placements this year and also the year before. From what I have heard, the offer for placements rises every year thanks to the ever-developing infrastructure and management of our college. I personally believe that Sreenidhi will continue to improve in many aspects and rank as one of the best engineering colleges in India thereby kickstarting its opportunity to get a better share of companies coming to their doors for placement offers. The people who are average and above av...

Good college. Placements are good with very experienced faculty

Placements: As of now, many companies are coming to our college.many popular companies like IBM, Google, Amazon, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant and so on. The highest package offered is 14.5 lakhs per annum and the average pay package is 4.0 lakhs per annum. Before placements, they provide us CRT which help us in boosting up our skills and get a nice job. Placements are done very strictly. Some companies have the cut-off criterion. Satisfied by the infrastructure and placements in the college, not satisfied with the canteen.

Placements: I am going to talk about placements in my college for my branch which are good. According to my knowledge, almost all of my seniors and super seniors are placed in my branch. From the last five years, my branch ECM achieved 90% and above placements and the average package was 4.5 lacs per annum. Some of the recruiters were Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Deloitte, Hyundai and Amazon. The highest package was 12 lacs.

Good scope of placements, excellent infrastructure and average faculty.

Placements: The placements in our college are excellent. Many companies visit our campus every year. Placements (Phase -1) happen in the final year 1st semester and continues till the second semester. This year, for our batch 5 major recruiting companies had come in the phase one are Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys and Deloitte. These 4 companies hired a minimum of 100 students except Deloitte(18). Accenture topped the list with 483 students and Cognizant was the least with 122 students while Infosys ...

Sreenidhi, the best place to get settled.

Placements: Reasonably good opportunities provided. Good placement cell to provide students updated to placement news. Placements are one of the added advantages of being doing B.Tech in this college. Even M.Tech students are allowed to sit for placements but only Cognizant and Capgemini consider M.tech students. Infosys allowed us to write a test but no one got selected.

Almost 780 out of 950 eligible candidates are placed in phase 1 companies. 50% of the remaining got placed in phase 2 companies. Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Ion Trading, Deloitte, Kony Labs, Capgemini, Nelsoft and Intergraph were a few companies that visited the campus for our batch 2013-2017. Placements: Placement opportunities for mechanical engineers were very less. Although, many of my batch mates and even me were placed in various MNCs in software related field. The salary range offered by various companies was 2.5 lakh to 6 lakh per annum. Roles offered were support, SAP and programmer. Almost 90% of our batch mates were placed.

Placements: Placements are good in our college. Our placement team is very active and gives information on various placements going on. We get information even about off -campus drives. We are offered roles of software analysts. The average salary offered is about 4 LPA. Internships are offered to the selected students with a stipend of around 10k/month.

Placements are the best part of our college.

Placements: We had many companies lined up for us. After completing B.Tech everyone will be worried if they are going to get placed or not but we had a great placement team. The highest salary offered was 20L/annum (for female candidates), the lowest is 3.25 LPA and the average is around 4 LPA. Internships are offered to all people with a stipend of 10k/month.

Placements: Placements are pretty good for students who meet the eligibility criteria. Around 80% of the eligible students are placed. (The number of students who are not eligible is another story. An average of 20 out of 100 students would not be eligible to apply for placements). Coming to the companies visiting the campus for placements, there are certain mass recruiters like Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant, who maintained a stable relationship with the college from around the past 8 years. The strike by our faculty members for salaries, followed by their suspension has affected us a lot. No big campus placements were there. Not even a single core company came for the placement. Dress code is present. Student clubs are good. Lab equipment is just average. Overall, not a good college as it earlier.
