The college has the best environment. It is the best college to join.

Placements: Placements are not on a very high level because some companies only just come and visit our campus. They do not hire students except Accenture. Only IT companies came for interviews. Our college does not provide any kind of companies. For students who want to focus on placements, I would not recommend joining this college.

Bad placement in 2024, only a few IT companies came.

Placements: The majority of students placed in IT companies are less than 30%; the highest package offered is 9.5 LPA; the lowest package is 2 LPA; and the average package is 4.5 LPA. The top recruiting company is Accenture. 5–6 students got internships, and they work at Wise Work. The top roles offered by the company are Full Stack.

I joined the college during corona, maybe things would be better if corona didn’t exist back then.

Placements: In my class there were 65% of placements achieved, with the highest pack of 10 LPA and the lowest package of 2 LPA. CSE is the main branch they provide placements for. All kinds of roles are offered. The companies provide many roles for CSE students including that of app developer, and cloud architect.

Review of SNS College of Engineering, SNS Group of Institutions.

Placements: For placements, the top recruiting companies are TCS, CTS, Infosys, HCL, Robert Bosch, and L&T. The placements cell is giving training for the students to attend interviews and conducting many awareness programs. Almost all the students attended internships in this college and then went for paper presentations in different companies.

I am absolutely disappointed with this college.

Placements: Around 75% of students were placed in campus interviews. Many of them are placed in very low packages. The highest salary package that was offered to us was 4.5 LPA, the lowest salary package was Rs. 10,000 per month, and the average salary package was 2 LPA. Some companies that visited our college for placements are TCS, Wipro, etc.

I'm disappointed in management's silly rules and regulations.

Placements: Students who get more than an 8.5 CGPA are selected by top-level companies like Wipro, TCS, etc. The highest salary package offered by the college is 9 LPA. The top salary package offered in our course is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Bosch, Wipro, and others. Around 40-60% of students got internships from our course.

I am satisfied with the faculty, but it does not have good placements.

Placements: About 20% of the students from our course got placed. The salary offered to the students ranges from Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month. Top recruiting companies do not visit our college for placements. The salary offered to the students ranges from Rs. 8,000-12,000 per month. About 30% of the students got an internship in civil based companies like Shoba builders and other local civil companies in Coimbatore.

The college has good infrastructure for students to learn more about course and life.

Placements: The placement coaching is provided in parallel with academic courses from the first year itself. The placement cell has conducted frequent placement drives from the beginning of the final year. They also provided us with internship opportunities during the final year.

Fees structure is very low compared to other colleges.

Placements: Placements in the college administration owned companies is possible. Consultancy based jobs. As a 5 year old college it's hard to expect good placements. Placement training will be provided at extra cost. Internships are at your own cost and should maintain a good CGPA for that.

Satisfied but not worthier for your money. If you get in counselling, then no problem.

Placements: The placements are not as good because the college was started in 2009, but they are going to improve the placement activities. So, no problem in the placements in future. But SNSCE doesn't have any separate placement drives as they just coordinate with SNSCT only. The most important problem is if you are a core department, you don't get any core companies, and also they are all forced to attend the software companies.
