About Sri Guru Gobind Singh College Of Commerce .
Placements: Almost 60 percent of the students got placed. The highest package offered in our college is 36 Lacs per annum. Companies like Google, and EY are some of the big recruiters. The average package is 6.25 Lacs per annum and the median internship stipend is 10,000. More than 60 companies visited the campus for recruitment.
Infrastructure: We have fully AC classes, every class has its projector, good benches, and a clean canteen. We have a proper gym for boys and girls and have a full-fledged cricket ground (although it is given on lease). We have a big auditorium. We have our own Gurudwara.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. We have an excellent group of teachers and they provide meaningful information. The course curriculum is the same everywhere. It does not make you industry-ready but the societies that this college provides make you industry-ready. Exams are quite tough. The internal exams were tough.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to pursue CA and the best thing about it is the course resonates with CA. More realistic things should be added to the course. In the case of events, this college is not so good. The crowd is average but there will be a good environment. No fights.

College infrastructure is very good and they also provide placements.
Placements: 20% to 30% of the students were placed in the B.Com. course and we also provided internships and placements to the students who scored well in the entire semester. Their average packages ranged from INR 50,000 to 80,000, and the top recruiting companies for the B.Com. course, like Apple, Google, Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra.
Infrastructure: The classrooms, labs and library were so good and fine that the infrastructure of the college was good. The classrooms were well managed and the desks were also well managed in all the classrooms. They had fans and AC and also provided whiteboards for lectures. The canteen was also good and they provided food at low prices for the students. The medical facilities were also good. The sports field is also well maintained and the library is so good for the students who want to read and learn in the library.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful and brilliant and their teaching qualities were also very good. There was a good bond between the teacher and the students so the students studied hard and could communicate with the teacher about the problems they were facing while studying.
Other: I chose to become honest for my future and my career. I want to become a bank PO, so I chose to become an honours student. I am also from a commerce background, so the honours course is good for me for the job in the bank. They also celebrate many types of events and festivals, like Navratri Diwali, and they prepare a performance on the stage.

    Great academics but less placements.
Placements: Average - 4LPA the lowest - 3LPA the highest - 8.5LPA Top Recruiting Companies Were Jenpat ITC Many companies came with internship programme and most of the students have enrolled it. Top Roles Offered in my college were as Supervisors, Accountant, Analyst, Human Resource.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available but most of them works very slow. Classrooms were good and clean. Sport ground is also good and many activities are also performed for students. Library is huge with lot of resources and most of the time AC keeps on running.
Faculty: Teaching quality is not good. There are lack of qualified and professional Teachers. It does not make the student ready for industries. Before going to industry the practical knowledge need to be outsourced. I have seen cheating can be easily done so passing percentage is good.
Other: In this college events and fest are mostly performed by artist.

This college helps you in various faculties.
Placements: Placements are at a good level because this college is hiring companies like Accenture and other renowned companies are hiring knowledgeable individuals. Nearly all placements are good in this college. In the year 2023, students of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, New Delhi, got direct campus placements in top companies like Wipro, Genpact, Airtel, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and more.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good because the drinking water facility is good, and the college canteen is also good. This college also has PG facilities for students who want to stay in PG. It has one of the best infrastructures in the whole of Delhi University. Starting from a well-constructed common area to a brilliant library with books available for all courses and a well-serviced canteen area. The college also has a gym. The campus is so big and yet so well-defined that no place feels congested even with a large number of students at any point in time.
Faculty: Extracurricular activities are also good compared to other colleges. The faculty of our college is tremendously good. They are very understanding and supportive of the students. There are several old teachers who have been serving the college for a long time, while some of them have recently joined the college. Teachers are from different backgrounds, including the Department of Commerce, Economics, Punjab, Computer Science, etc. Most of the teachers add "Dr." to their names, which shows they have a Ph.D. in the specified subjects. There are many courses like B.Com (Programme), B.Com Honours, BMS, CS Honours, etc. The teachers are exceptionally talented; some of the teachers also write their own subject books. They all come from a reputed background, and the college supports the PWD Quota teachers. Their teaching style is also very good. They also provide us with notes for each chapter, tell us about the important topics, and share their teaching experience.
Other: I am in a college where I feel that there are no stationary shops nearby or no other shops… or no fest is organized in the auditorium here. But there is a mall just below the metro from where you can do shopping; hence the mall is a little far away because it is on another metro.

Sri Guru Gobind Singh College Of Commerce.
Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Com (Hons) at SGGSCC. If I talk about last year's placement report, there were more than 69 companies that came with offers. The average package was around INR 5.5 LPA, and the highest package was around 12 LPA, which is pretty adequate for an off-campus college. .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure surpassed my expectations on many levels. There's a girls hostel inside the campus with good facilities. All the classrooms have ACs, and there's a Cafe Coffee Day near the canteen, which is a good spot to relax or study. Not just that, but there is a volleyball and football court along with a Gurudwara inside the college. There's greenery all around, creating an overall very comforting environment.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified. Majority of them have a Ph.D. or are pursuing it. The curriculum provides theoretical knowledge along with practical integration. There are tutorial classes twice a week where fun activities are conducted in class where students gain practical insights of the subject.
Other: There's Founder's Day, Annual Day, Farewell, Freshers, The Annual Fest and many other cultural events which help students take part in organizing committees and learn various soft skills like teamwork, leadership, and personality development etc.

The overall experience was good but the TOC for the 2024 batch was pathetic .
Placements: Although the college campus and its infrastructure were very good, the placement cell process was very poor. The companies that were bought on campus were not effectively engaged. The college claims in its brochure that these companies visited, but the truth is they didn't hire a single student. No proper hiring process was followed, reflecting the poor conditions of training and placement.
Infrastructure: The condition of all classes was good; all classes were fully centralized with air conditioning. None of the other colleges have these facilities. The gurdwara was very beautiful. But assets of sports room was pathetic No medical emergency equipment was there in the medical room; even the bandages were not there.
Faculty: Some teachers are very helpful; they consider you their child. Lamba sirand Satvinder Kaur ma'am's nature was very good and they helped a lot. You can ask for any help from them. They also help you with any attendance issues.
Other: I have chosen a B.Com. course here and some teachers were good but some are not even bothered with the time of classes, coming 30–40 minutes late to the class and then taking a full 1-hour class, especially Nirmal Singh for economics.
