I am satisfied with the course because of the amazing teaching & good facilities and infrastructure.

Faculty: In our department, staff are friendly with students. They are very helpful in our careers. Some students got placed in Wipro. Our department teachers are experienced staff so they can clearly explain everything. Pass percentage is 70% to 85%. Faculty members here are very strict.

Really good faculty, but absolutely dissatisfied about college campuses and internships.

Faculty: All faculty are good and knowledgeable. Since the curriculum does not have all the equipment for training, it does not make the students ready for industry. Exams have some kind of difficulty, and 50% is the pass percentage. The average student does not pass the semester exam.

You can join this college if you want to be free, but don't join if you want to study.

Faculty: Our teachers are friendly, but most of them are not qualified enough. The course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is very low.

Satisfied with the college because of good teaching, placements, sports, and facilities.

Faculty: The teaching quality is overall good. But the main thing is you will need to concentrate while learning. The teachers are helpful. If you have any doubts, you can just ask them, and they will help you. The course curriculum is much relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. If you learn the subjects from scratch daily with a good understanding, then you can score really well. The pass percentage is 35%.

I am absolutely dissatisfied because the placements are not good.

Faculty: Faculty members are friendly here, and they teach us carefully, so we understand every part of it. They are also well qualified and have good knowledge depending on their subjects. The course is relevant to the curriculum, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams depend on students. The pass percentage until now is 68%.

Finding the road to move forward - 2016 batch.

Faculty: The teachers are super friendly and helpful. A strict discipline and guidelines around punctuality, dress code are followed. Overall, they are super supportive and open to hearing new ideas. We studied the 2008 regulation of Anna University Curriculum, which is now updated.

You can enjoy your college days here and it has helped many find who they are! Poor placements, not a single company came for campus interview. As an alumni of this college I'm still searching for a job. Many extra-curricular activities take place like IEEE functions, symposium, etc.

The college disappointed us with the water problem in the hostel a few months ago.

Faculty: The experienced teachers are extremely friendly and are constantly interacting with the students. We learn something new. Teachers are very helpful and the teaching quality is very efficient. The course curriculum is relevant. They make students industry-ready. We feel no difficulties during exams because they make us very well-versed. The pass percentage is 80-90%.

Sri Muthukumaran Institute of Technology is not a good place to start a career.

Faculty: Faculty are good but not much of the subject knowledge. Faculty help the students to clear the exams and provide them with notes for further studies. The course curriculum is not related, which is the reason students need to work further to be ready for industry.

Compared to other colleges, it's the best. So good place to learn everything with happiness.

Faculty: Our faculty members are well experienced and knowledgeable. They are giving more importance to the students. They all are also friendly so easy to learn from them. Ratio between faculty and the students is equally balanced. Industrial visit also arranged in every semester.
