I am absolutely dissatisfied with the college.

Placements: Major placements are from the IT sector. College management is not taking any initiative on core companies for civil and mechanical students. Major placement problem is for civil and mechanical branches, and from IT sector also we are getting a certain group of companies. Year by year, the list of the companies offering campus placements are getting lesser in number. As every year intake of students becoming more in number and placements are getting reduced compared to our fellow colleges.

It is a good place to nurture oneself to become a leader.

Placements: The college has a good number of placements. When we consider the whole college, not every student gets a job. Although students get a job is entirely dependant on the individual abilities. All we need are opportunities which are provided by the college.

Review of Sri Vasavi Engineering College.

Placements: Our college invites many companies like TCS, Flipkart, Tejas Networks, Miracle Software Systems, etc. They provide training for placements, and some Orators club is going on, in that they deal with some new technologies like artificial intelligence, IBM, chatbots, cognitive, virtual reality.

I am averagely satisfied with the faculty members.

Placements: I studied at Sri Vasavi Engineering College. This college environment is good for obedient people but not for students. Every time, the college invites some unreputed companies for placements and offers jobs to around 300 to 500 students. It increases publicity and charges high fees for parents. But the jobs offered are not useful as daily wager jobs are offered in unreputed companies. These companies don't offer salaries for employees. The college gives money to those companies for recruitment,...

It is the best college with limited facilities.

Placements: Placements will be started in 4th-year 1st semester. We are expecting different software companies and core companies. Placement coordinator and training and placement cell are doing a great job. Nearly 75% of people were placed the previous year. This year, we are expecting a rise in the placement rate. Coming to internships, we went to VTPS, BHEL, ECIL, etc., which are very much useful in our future.
