Our college has really good infrastructure and facilities, and it is great in organising fests.

Placements: About 59% of the students from our course were placed. The highest salary package offered here was 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Wipro and Tech Mahindra are top recruiting companies for our course. The top role offered in our course is a technical engineer. About 30% of the students got internships in Tech Mahindra. All you need to do is be perfect technically in a particular stream as placements are great. I suggest that attend interview in every company.

SVPCET is always the best for placements in Puttur region.

Placements: I am a student of SVPCET 2020 batch. The college provides quite good training and placements. I got selected in CTS through campus recruitment held on 22nd October 2019. Moreover, there are 45% to 60% of students selected in ECE. There are only software jobs available in campus recruitment. If you want core jobs, then you must go to the coaching centre after completion of your UG. The highest salary offered by a company was Rs. 40,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per mon...

SVPCET is very good and also provide good food in the canteen, ground, and infrastructure.

Placements: In our course, 130 students joined along with me in the college, and all of them joined at a time. All took the government seats. There is an additional number of seats for the management. Many companies visit the college for placements, and many students get selected with good packages.

Our college has a very good friendly environment. The campus is huge.

Placements: There is a very good placement cell in our college. It consists of two group discussion cells and 4 interview panels. The placement cell was fully air-conditioned. Around 60% of the students get placed through campus recruitment drives. Our college has a TPO officer, who is very friendly.

Not an excellent college, but a good one.

Placements: Not many good companies visit the college for placements. The salary packages offered are also not good. All the students do not get placements. The salary packages are only around 2 LPA. Training for placements is given only in the final year. Placements do not start from the third year, and the students don't have many skills.

Placements: In SVPCET, 236 students got placed in the last year. The students must have the aggregate of 70%. The recruiters see their talent, body language, their way of dressing, etc. Many top-most companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Tata, Flipkart, Amazon, etc., conduct drives in our college.

Not a good place to learn new things.

Placements: You cannot get much good placements here. Better be aware before joining, yet there are some people placed in various companies, but most of them were offering maximum wages of 9000 per month. That is not even survivable in this world, so I suggest to go to a better college.

Poor placements, dissatisfied with faculty and waste of time.

Placements: The placements were poor. Tech M selected more than 10 students and they got their call letter now. The placement office has not played its key role. Placement-wise, SVPCET is a waste. The highest salary package was 3.25 lakhs p.a. and the lowest was 1.25 lakhs p.a.

It is good in discipline. Good infrastructure, good faculty are available. The college is not good at placements. Till date none has been done on branch campus. Of course we had one on campus collaborating with main branch of my college. Canteen facilities are not good. There are two shuttle courts, one basket ball court, and a ground but if no sports are encouraged in the college, what is the use.
