If you are looking for a college in the price range of 1 lakh per annum, this is the good one.

Placements: For education purpose, the college is good to gain knowledge in civil engineering, but when it comes to placements for civil, and there are a few chances in college. For EC and CSC, there are the good number of opportunities in college.

Very much satisfied with the experienced faculty.

Placements: The placements were good in our period where we have taken to VIT for placements under VIT placement consortium. I got placed in HTC through it. The college has a good number of teachers and PhD degree holders and experienced faculty to explain the concepts.

It is one of the best colleges in Chittoor district, with good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: The placements are good. Our senior batch placement was about 60%. The placements are not only in our department, but every department is getting placements. The management is trying to place maximum students. They are giving guidance to overcome the interview with an easy and simple methodology.

Satisfied because of faculty. Placements are below average. Infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: I'm still studying, and in our senior batches, only a few of people got placed, that is only 10%. The highest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month and the lowest offered was just Rs. 15,000 per month. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Just Dial, etc. visit for placements. Maximum 30% of the students get the internship and only Rs. 8,000 is given as the highest stipend. The college does not provide the internship. The lowest may be Rs. 5,000. There is a placement cell, and it is waste of speaking ...

About Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: There is advertising in the name of placements, but not even a single BPO come here to hire. Just to get the course completion you can come here with a perfect place to relax with. But, they are giving a better placement than the nearby colleges in Tiruvallur district. It also has earned a good name for itself.

It is a good college with no placements.

Placements: Our senior batch placements were too bad. Out of 200 members, only five members got college placements. The placement percent is only 2%. The highest salary offered is Rs. 90,000 per month and the lowest is Rs. 20,000 per month. BHEL, Wipro, Barkleys and Accenture visit for placements. None other activities were provided. 25% students got internship oppurtunities. Rs. 5,000 stipend is offered. There is a placement cell. It is just to show that placements are there.

This is a good place to pursue studies in our place.

Placements: We got placement opportunities for our batch from 3 companies. One from Hyderabad, some startup company, one from One Globe Systems at Chennai, and finally from Tech Mahindra. For my senior batch, we got from TCS and Infosys too. The packages these companies offered for freshers was also good.

Satisfied with college environment but there was no chance of practical learning from the college.

Placements: The placements are very good in the field of IT sector. Even other branches like civil and mechanical are bringing good companies. The chances of ECE and EEE to be placed in their core domain is difficult. In the recent years, the companies like Amarraja, Bhel, BSNL, Infosys, Mahindra, recruited students from our college. We have a placement cell and recently GITHUB came to our college. In fact, the college is not supporting internships but is conducting workshops.

There is full freedom to the students, lecturers are good, but self study is needed.

Placements: Dr.k Delhi Babu heads the training and placements. IBM, ZETA, Infotech, HCL, Tech Mahendra, Toshiba, Hyundai are the companies that visit our college every year. 254 students got selected for the academic year 2016-2017.

There were no placements in the 2018 batch.

Placements: There were no placements till now for this year. Few consultancies have come to our college, but of no use. Our senior batch placements are far better than us. At least a few companies visited the college with 49 out of 250 students from the mechanical have been selected for different companies.

The college is good for the students to reach their goals.

Placements: The placement options are good on the campus. IBM just filed, and some companies are visiting the campus for the placements. Good placements are conducting on the campus. Most of the students are getting the jobs. Some company are offering the job at the high level and offer the good salaries. There will be the good support for the college.

It is one of the best colleges in Chittoor district.

Placements: Placements are good. But only a few companies visited the campus, when I was studying. But if we work hard, definitely we can grab the opportunity. Now, it became autonomous, so I hope it may provide better opportunities. If anybody wants to study in Chittoor, it is one of the best options.

Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Chittor.

Placements: The college gets a good number of companies. Tier-1 to tier-5 level companies comes to the campus. Traning and placement sessions are also providing by the college itself. 20 to 50 percent of the student got placed so far. It's good for the students who are serious about their career.

My college is the best in the city.

Placements: When it comes to placements, this college is the best in Chittoor city. During my final year of B.Tech, I have attended around 15 interviews in my college. Most of that 15 companies are multiple national companies (MNC) like MUsigma, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, HPE, Open Text, NTT Data etc. If you are strong in aptitude and basics of computer programming languages, easily you can crack an MNC job in this college. Also, you get special training based on the upcoming company patterns.

Placements: There are awesome placements in IBM, Dell, Wipro. There are companies from Chennai and Bangalore which are here for the drive. The campus students have above 65% placements in various companies. The state government is giving the inter scholarships to our college with an e-pass, and the international students like South Americans and North Americans are studying here.

A good college with different type of culture around and with comfort in studying.

Placements: In the academic year of 2016-2017, there were 240 students of whom 80% of the students got placed in the campus selection, which is the highest placements result in the college till now. An average package of Rs. 2 LPA and the highest package of Rs. 3.5 LPA for the core mechanical companies is offered to the students, while the least one is about Rs. 1.6 LPA. The core companies will be somewhat less.

An overhyped college with higher fees, but not with any proper infrastructure nor good education.

Placements: There are no placements. The students who got placed in the previous year also didn't receive any appointment letters from the respective companies. Some BPO companies have visited, and they recruited a bulk of students but didn't offer any call letter to them, despite selecting them.

Along with the placements, the college faculty provides a lot of training for students to get placed and even they struggle for students bright future. I love it.
