Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements and had good faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: 69% of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 7 LPA, and the lowest package in our college is 2 LPA. Microsoft, Emphasis, Amara Raja, Zoho, etc. are the recruitment companies in our college based on the percentage of students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure in the classroom is better, whereas the infrastructure in the hostel is bad. The quality food is available in the canteen and the facilities encourage the students towards sports and games and events have been conducted thoroughly in our department.
Faculty: The faculty will help by sending PDFs during exam time. Most of the faculty members are knowledgeable and helpful. Semester exams are not all different. The pass percentage is around 75% and the fail percentage is 25%. Course curriculum is relevant to students so that they can prepare their timetable.
Other: I have chosen CSE so that I can learn all the computer languages. Events and fests are conducted in our department and the campus crowd is more in our college.

SVCE college atmosphere is very cool and pleasant; this college must be a good place.
Placements: Computer Science students and electronic students are placed most in my college. Most of the students are hired by TCS, ZOHO, CAPGEMINI, etc. These companies hire students mostly in the software field. In the college, they train students with the CRT classes.
Infrastructure: Water facility, cool environment, and digital board. Lab equipment is good for some branches. It has air conditioners for computer labs, and electronics labs have fans and good equipment. Mostly, in the college, the faculty is very favorable to the students here.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful and friendly. They are eco-friendly to the students. In this college, faculty and students are friendly sometimes. In events, faculty may be strict, do not allow following some restrictions and rules to the students, and hire some security to the students.
Other: In this college, events are conducted every month.

I am satisfied with infrastructure.
Placements: Around 30% of students are placed in my course. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Zoho, Tech Mahindra, and Google are the top recruiting companies for my course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for my course or department include Wi-Fi and a library. But, there is no Wi-Fi in the college for students. The library is large and well-stocked with books. Hostel facilities include Wi-Fi access for all students except first-year students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. It prepares students to be industry-ready. This course is undoubtedly relevant to the curriculum. Semester exams in my college are very difficult. The pass percentage for my semester exams is 79%.
Other: My brother suggested to take this course. Best aspects of my course include learning computer operations.

Reality of SVCE Review By Tahir
Placements: The highest package is 12.5 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Companies like ZOHO, TCS, INFOSYS, and others attended our college for placement drive sessions. ZOHO is the main company for our college, offering 7.5 LPA and 12.5 LPA. The placement percentage is around 75%. The college is providing facilities to students, but they need to utilize them in the proper way to get placed in a company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good and decent. The college is full of greenery. It is very peaceful on the campus. The college hostel is not good. It is highly not recommendable because they are not providing enough facilities to the hostellers, and the taste of food is average. It is highly recommended to join PGs nearby the college. There are many PGs around the college.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified. They have enough knowledge about the subjects they teach. The faculty members behave friendly with students. They teach very well. The best faculty I have ever seen are GOWRI ma'am and ESHWARAYYA sir. They are brilliant faculty who teach excellently about the subject. Some faculty members are very poor in their knowledge; they are not up to the mark in subject knowledge. They can’t even handle a classroom. Overall, faculty members will teach very well.

Short information of the college.
Placements: 60% of students get placed in the college. The lowest package that was offered is 3 LPA, and the highest one is around 9 LPA. The companies where the students were placed are Wipro, Mahindra, Infosys, and some others. The roles offered in the course are tester, beginners, and testers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite better compared to the surrounding institutions. But the hostel management under the college is not good as PGs. The labs in the college are good and there are sufficient labs for each and every student. The college provides limited access to Wi-Fi for only the labs. Students are not supposed to use the college Wi-Fi. The college maintains two sets of libraries for the campus. The main library has good infrastructure, which was built with glass, and the environment is quite good.
Faculty: The faculty in the college are professional and experienced, and they teach in a nice way. The faculty in the college uses advanced technology for the classrooms such as digital boards and projectors for teaching. The faculty is supposed to teach extra knowledge, and the environment is good. The pass percentage of the college for each semester is above 75%, and it is easy to pass the semester if we follow the daily classes and syllabus. The quality depends on the college staff. Each faculty is different in their character and personality.
Other: This college is suitable for a balanced B.Tech life for the students. It balances entertainment and education.

SVCE: A blend of academics, infrastructure, and vibrant campus life with strong placement support.
Placements: Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE) offers decent placement opportunities, especially for CSE and ECE branches. Reputed companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro visit the college. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA - 6 LPA. Placement training is effective, aiding in skill development.
Infrastructure: SVCE has a well-maintained campus with modern infrastructure. It offers spacious classrooms, advanced labs, a good library, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Hostel and canteen facilities are decent. The green campus adds to the peaceful learning environment.
Faculty: SVCE has knowledgeable faculty, especially in core engineering branches, with a focus on practical and theoretical learning. The curriculum is updated to match industry standards. Exams are moderate tough but fair, emphasizing understanding and application of concepts.

In my opinion, Kalasalingam university is better because of better reputation than the tirupati. It is the topmost university in tamil nadu. It's ranking is around 36 in all universities . The detailed ranking data is - 30 by NIRF 2024 (University) - 36 by NIRF 2024 (Engineering) - 38 by NIRF 2024 (
