This year, we had very poor placements as we didn't get companies to our college due to our management's negligence.

Overall good infrastructure. Very good lab facilities. Free gymnasium. 28 acres of campus.
Placements: Placements in any professional college depend on the students' core subject knowledge and communication skills. GPREC took the initiative to address stage fright, which often plagues students during presentations. The average salary package for GPREC graduates is around 5 LPA, with the highest package being 34 LPA. Ultimately, it is up to the students to secure a good job and become a role model for the next generation. Top recruiters include Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, MindTree, Wipro, TCS, and CTS.
Infrastructure: GPREC has good infrastructure, with the newly built ECS Block being the best of all the blocks. However, the food in the cafeteria is not very good. The gym is very good and is provided free of cost. The central library is very good.
Faculty: The teaching quality here is good and the lecturers are friendly and knowledgeable. Semester exams are difficult and require serious preparation. The exams are conducted in a strict manner, and any form of malpractice will result in immediate cancellation of the exam.
Other: I chose CSE with Data Science as my specialization. I got into this college through the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam. This college provides affordable fees, even through the management quota. Attendance is very important in any professional engineering college. Maintain your attendance and enjoy your engineering life. Always aim high!

The journey of Engineering through GPREC - not bad.
Placements: G. Pulla Reddy Engineering College's Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) program offered placements to 58% of students in 2023, with an average package of 4.83 LPA and a high of 8 LPA. About 83% of students were placed the previous year. Top companies that recruited include TCS, CTS, Mindtree, Accenture, ValueLabs, Unistring Solutions, and Moschip Semiconductors. Students also secured internships at organizations like DRDO, ISRO, IITs, and a few private companies. Common roles offered to ECE students include software developer, testing roles, and, in the core domain, embedded systems engineer and physical design engineer.
Infrastructure: The department has sufficient classrooms, each equipped with a projector. Classrooms are well-ventilated and spacious. The campus has Wi-Fi, but it is not as good as we expect. The library has many resources, and each student is provided with three library cards, enabling them to access, renew, and return books, but within a scheduled time for the branch. Labs are well-equipped with hardware and software like Cadence tools and MATLAB. An R&D cell with PCB machines is also available. Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls—for boys beside the campus and for girls within the campus. The boys' hostel costs around 60,000 rupees, and the girls' hostel costs around 75,000 rupees. Only vegetarian food is provided in both hostels. Two canteens are available: one is a food court, and the other is a cafeteria. Prices are reasonable. Students can access free medical facilities by showing their ID at the hospital run by the Pulla Reddy Trust, located on the college premises. A large ground with kabaddi, volleyball, and basketball courts, as well as a cricket pitch and stands, provides an energetic vibe in the evenings and mornings. A gym and an indoor badminton court are also available. Additionally, there is an auditorium, an open-air theater, mini seminar galleries, an open seating environment, and the Pulla Reddy Memorial Park.
Faculty: Most faculty members are knowledgeable. A few have Ph.D.s, and a few assistant professors are alumni of the college. The curriculum is good, and skill-relevant courses are available. The pass percentage is high, and semester exams are of medium difficulty.
Other: The college is one of the best for the course I have chosen in the Rayalaseema region. But many things need to be improved as per industry needs. The environment should be research-oriented rather than focused on reading and writing. The college offers a wide range of opportunities for students to engage in numerous clubs and activities, including IEEE, IEI, the English Club, and the Training and Placement Club. Extracurricular activities include NSS, the Vivekananda Study Circle, the sports club, and the yoga club. The college regularly conducts workshops and events through these clubs. Major events like UDAAN happen once a year, where students can arrange stalls and enjoy sports, flash mobs, and cultural events.

I am satisfied with this college because it is well reputed in Kurnool district.
Placements: Very less companies visit our college and offer less packages, the average package of the batch 2024 is 4 Lacs per annum and the highest package offered is 8 Lacs per annum which is offered by Cognizant. Microsoft often visits our college but placements are good as compared to other colleges in the Kurnool district.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available, classrooms are decent, infrastructure is developed but is not better than other colleges. Mess food is good and canteen is near the girls hostel. It is very easy to go, but it closes at 6 PM. Some facilities are too bad like rooms are not clean.
Faculty: Faculty is good and all professors are PhDs. Some teachers are very helpful, curriculum is same like other colleges. It is not difficult to score good GPA, anybody can score above 9 GPA if they study from class notes very well. Pass percentage is above 90 percent .
Other: There are many fests like brain wreck but there would be no time to participate in the fest. I got this branch in EAMCET counselling, it is good according to me.

Review of G. Pulla Reddy Engineering College.
Placements: Almost 50 percent of the students were placed. The highest package is 52 LPA. Average package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Wipro, and Cognizant. We got internships according to our interests and opportunities. Roles offered in my course are data scientist and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The good faculty is available in our college and we have one of the best infrastructures at college, consisting of many books in the library and we can take the books to read them. Our hostel provides good facilities and healthy food and many sports are available.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful and they are qualified and very knowledgeable. The quality of the teaching is very good and we can understand the concepts easily. It is curriculum relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. The difficulty of a semester exam is above average .
Other: I chose this course because there are many opportunities to do a job in future and there is nothing to be better because all the things are running well.

Most of the teachers are qualified, and they provide training for industrial difficulty. The semester exam difficulty ranges from moderate to difficult, and the passing percentage is 40% in our college.
