Strong Academics, placements, and vibrant co-curricular activities.

Placements: As a B.E. EEE student from Easwari Engineering College, in my batch of 2022, approximately 70% of students were placed with a higher package of 10 LPA, the lowest package of 3.5 LPA, and an average of 4.5-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, L&T Tech Services, and Cognizant. Around 60-70% of students secured internships in reputed organizations like the Airport Authority of India, Ashok Leyland, TCS, Indian Railways, and other startups through college collaborations.

My honest review on SRM Easwari Engineering College

Placements: The college claims it has more than 96% placements but majority of the students gets placed in below average salary packages. The highest package was 46 LPA by an student from CSE department for the role of app developer but he got it through off campus placement. The package a student will get through on campus placement is anywhere between 3 LPA to 10 LPA. Usually companies like Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra hire most of the students.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2026, and really good infrastructure.

Placements: Only 5 percent will be eligible for placement. The highest package is 13 to 15 lacs per annum; the lowest package is 2 to 3 lacs per annum. There will be more top companies like Zoho, etc. In my department. We need to arrange for internships and have to complete them; it is mandatory for all.

Top recruiting companies include TCS, INGRAM MICRO. Around 50 percent got internship. Internship is offered to students who have got placed in startups only. Mostly Software Engineer and Developer roles are offered.

College is excellent, placements are good, and the infrastructure is commendable.

Placements: Approximately eight percent of students got placed, with the highest package being 7 LPA and the lowest being 3 LPA. Wipro is the top recruiter. Many students secured internships, with roles such as design engineer and safety engineer being essential.

Nice environment and good infrastructure .

Placements: 70 percent of students got placed. Few of them got arrears so they didn't get placement. 15 lakhs per annum is the highest package and 3 lakhs per annum is the lowest. Larsen and Toubro is the top recruiting company. 20 percent of students get internships. The top role offered is that of manager.

It is a great college if you are fine with the rules of Anna University.

Placements: Almost all students at the college get placed. Many companies from the core industries recruit students here. The roles offered may vary from entry-level to even higher management positions, but they depend on our academic performance. The highest salary package offered is around 45 LPA, and the average is around 4 LPA to 10 LPA, depending on the industry and our performance. The college is willing to help you to get internships at local companies and even abroad.

Review of SRM Easwari Engineering College.

Placements: About 70% of students got placed through campus placements. The highest package offered was 11 LPA (provided it was offered by BYJU's for sales and not course-related), and 8 LPA was the actual stream-related package offered. Top recruiting companies were Zoho, Accenture, TCS, etc., which offered mass placements. Internships had to be found by the students, so the probability was very less. So overall, the placements are good, provided students have good knowledge in the stream.

I am absolutely satisfied with the placements of this college.

Placements: Easwari Engineering College is the best option for both academics and placements. Some top-class companies like Zoho, Amazon, PayPal, and Byjus visit our campus for placements. According to this college, TCS and Infosys are the mass recruiters. From the first year itself, the students are trained with placement training sessions which are taken by the experienced staff. For the 2nd, 3rd, and final years, mock tests will be conducted in order to get ready for their placements. Every department is...

I am fully satisfied with our college other than campus life.

Placements: The maximum number of students get placements from this college since I am studying in the SRM part of this college, which is directly connected and affiliated to SRM University. The highest salary package offered I have ever seen was 53 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered in this college is around 5 LPA-6 LPA which is good. Top companies like TATA, Cognizant, IBM, Climber, Amazon, etc., visit here.

It has good placements but average facilities. Students have to pay more money for everything.

Placements: Almost all students got placed. Placements were taken very seriously, and the placement training starts from the first semester. The salary package offered is 2 LPA to 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are TCS and Wipro. Top roles offered to the students are software engineer, embedded hardware engineer and power system engineer.

I am dissatisfied with the brand SRM because of huge fees structure and other unnecessary things.

Placements: Only 40% of students got placed from college. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Byju's, Jaro Education, City Union Bank, BNY Mellon, and Extramarks. Around 40% of the students got internships in Oppo, Extramarks, Shri Ram Life Insurance Companies, Dabur and various other small scale industries. Top roles offered were as a business development executive, and management trainee.

Easwari: A decent Engineering College within Chennai.

Placements: Most of the placements that comes to the campus are related to IT. Some of the mechanical companies do come to the campus. But their intake is less when compared to IT. Nearly 90% of them got placed in our batch. Companies that visit our campus are TCS, Wipro, Byjus etc.

Absolutely satisfied with the infrastructures and faculty members.

Placements: Placements in Easwari Engineering College is overall good. But when compare to other departments, MBA placement is quite low. There are Wide opportunities/openings for marketing and have the higher chance for getting placed than Finance, Operations and HR. Expecting good companies during placements.

An overall good college with an added bonus of campus inside city.

Placements: At least 85-90% of the students are placed every year. Companies such as TCS, Byjus, Amazon etc. Have recruited from this college. Roughly about 10-15%. Students get an internship from every class. Number of placements are always good every year.

Every expectation is fulfilled by the college if the students utilize the opportunities wisely.

Placements: More than 80% of the students who appear for the interview receive offers from various MNC's. The students appearing also find it easy to clear the rounds as they provide training sessions ahead of the interview which includes all aspects of aptitude, communication skills and behavioural skills.
